Description

好適な実施例によれば、前記三尖弁膜用チューブは、心室中隔内のサークラージ糸を取り囲むように、末端に行くほど細くなる構造を有する。
好適な一実施例によれば、前記結節伝達器具の開閉部はカッターによって切断されて開放される。
まず、僧帽弁膜サークラージ施術に使われる冠状静脈洞及び三尖弁膜を保護するための組織保護器具20について説明する。
図1は本発明の好適な実施例による組織保護器具の概略図であり、より詳細には、サークラージ糸10に外挿された組織保護器具20を示す。
図2は本発明の好適な実施例による組織保護器具が設置された形態を示す心臓の正面切開図、図3は心臓の側面切開図である。
組織保護器具20についてより具体的に説明すれば次のようである。
図4は本発明の好適な実施例による結節伝達器具30の概略図である。
図4は結節伝達器具の一実施例を示すものであり、(a)は開閉部が閉まった形態を示し、(b)は開閉部が開かれた形態を示す。
図5に基づいて結節伝達器具30をより詳細に説明する。
図5は本発明の好適な実施例による僧帽弁膜サークラージ施術用装置の使用状態図である。
図6は本発明の他の好適な実施例による結節伝達器具の概略図である。図6に示す結節伝達器具は開閉部を切断して開放する方式ではない他の方式を示す。

Claims (12)
- 僧帽弁膜サークラージ施術において冠状静脈洞及び三尖弁膜の組織を保護するための組織保護器具において、
冠状静脈洞組織を保護するための中空円筒状のチューブである冠状静脈洞用チューブ(22)、
三尖弁膜及び心室中隔の組織を保護するための中空円筒状のチューブである三尖弁膜用チューブ(24)、及び
前記冠状静脈洞用チューブと前記三尖弁膜用チューブがそれぞれ伸びて互いに固定結合されている茎部(26)を含むことを特徴とする、組織保護器具。 - 前記三尖弁膜用チューブ(24)の中間部位には、三尖弁膜用チューブが更に心筋内に進入することを防止するようにストッパー(24a)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組織保護器具。
- 前記ストッパー(24a)は環状の突出部であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の組織保護器具。
- 前記三尖弁膜用チューブは、心室中隔内のサークラージ糸を取り囲むように、末端に行くほど細くなる構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組織保護器具。
- 前記冠状静脈洞用チューブ(22)には柔らかくて柔軟性を有する材質が使われ、
前記三尖弁膜用チューブ(24)と前記茎部(26)には前記冠状静脈洞用チューブに比べて相対的に強い材質が使われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組織保護器具。 - 僧帽弁膜サークラージ施術用保護器具において、
サークラージ糸が内部を通過する第1チューブ及び第2チューブを含み、
前記第1チューブ及び第2チューブは、上側部では縦方向に互いに平行に密着しており、下側部では第1チューブ及び第2チューブが互いに分離されていることを特徴とする、僧帽弁膜サークラージ施術用保護器具。 - 前記第2チューブの下部側には、前記第2チューブがそれ以上心筋内に進入することを防止するために、環状のストッパーが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の僧帽弁膜サークラージ施術用保護器具。
- 前記第2チューブは末端に行くほど細くなる構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の僧帽弁膜サークラージ施術用保護器具。
- 前記第1チューブ及び第2チューブは柔軟性の材質でなることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の僧帽弁膜サークラージ施術用保護器具。
- 前記第1チューブ及び第2チューブは4Fr診断カテーテルと類似した直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の僧帽弁膜サークラージ施術用保護器具。
- 前記第1チューブの下部側は、冠状静脈洞を取り囲むために、アーチ状を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の僧帽弁膜サークラージ施術用保護器具。
- 前記第2チューブはストッパーをさらに含み、
前記第1チューブと第2チューブが結合されるヒンジ部は冠状静脈洞の入口の縁部に配置し、
前記第2チューブは前記ヒンジ部及びストッパーで心臓に固定され、
前記第2チューブのストッパーとヒンジとの間の部分は三尖弁膜に密着しないで逆C形に浮かんでいることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の僧帽弁膜サークラージ施術用保護器具。
