Description
本出願は、2010年3月12日に出願された米国特許出願第12/661,196号及び2010年12月29日に出願された米国特許出願第61/428,074号の優先権の利益を主張するが、それらはあらゆる目的で参照によって本明細書に組み入れられる。

Claims (15)
- 非空気圧車輪であって、前記車輪は、半径方向、周方向および横方向が規定され、
接地トレッド部分を支え、周方向について伸びる環状バンドと、
前記環状バンド内に位置する連続ループ型補強アセンブリと、
前記環状バンドの半径方向内側に位置する取付バンドと、
前記環状バンドと前記取付バンドに接続され、その間で半径方向に伸びる複数のウェブスポークと、を有し、
前記連続ループ型補強アセンブリは、少なくとも3回旋回し螺旋に巻かれた1以上の糸又はケーブルを含み、この糸又はケーブルが前記環状バンドを横切る継ぎ目がなくそれ自体が連続している非空気圧車輪。 - 前記連続ループ型補強アセンブリは、
第1の可撓性円柱状バンドと、
前記第1の可撓性円柱状バンドから離れて、半径方向外側に位置する第2の可撓性円柱状バンドと、を有する請求項1の非空気圧車輪。 - 前記第1の可撓性円柱状バンド及び前記第2の可撓性円柱状バンドの一方又は双方は、
螺旋に巻いた1以上の材料を備えたコイルと、
前記コイルに取り付けられ、前記コイルの完全性を保持するために構成される少なくとも1つの固定器具と、を有する請求項2の非空気圧車輪。 - 前記少なくとも1つの固定器具は、
より高い融点の材料と、
より低い融点の材料と、を有する請求項3の非空気圧車輪。 - 前記より高い融点の材料および前記より低い融点の材料は、芯/鞘の配置で構成される請求項4の非空気圧車輪。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定器具は、モノフィラメント糸、マルチフィラメント糸及び短繊維糸を含む群の1以上を有する請求項3の非空気圧車輪。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定器具は、
結び目補強糸と、
前記結び目補強糸よりも大きな剛性を有する構造補強糸と、を有する請求項3の非空気圧車輪。 - 前記結び目補強糸は、前記構造補強糸の融点よりも低い融点をもつ材料を有する請求項7の非空気圧車輪。
- 前記結び目補強糸は、
より低い融点のポリマーと、
より高い融点のポリマーと、を含み、前記より高い融点のポリマーは、前記より低い融点のポリマーの融点に加熱されると収縮を示す請求項7の非空気圧車輪。 - 前記少なくとも1つの固定器具は、前記コイルの1以上の材料間で生じる糸の重なった部分を伴った絡み織り模様にて前記コイルの中で織られた複数の補強糸を有する請求項3の非空気圧車輪。
- 前記連続ループ型補強アセンブリは、前記第1の可撓性円柱状バンドと前記第2の可撓性円柱状バンドの間に位置するスペーサーをさらに有する請求項2の非空気圧車輪。
- 前記スペーサーは、多孔性材料を有する請求項11の非空気圧車輪。
- 前記環状バンドは、前記スペーサーの多孔性材料に受け入れられるマトリクス材を有する請求項12の非空気圧車輪。
- 前記連続ループ型補強アセンブリは、前記第1の可撓性円柱状バンドと前記第2の可撓性円柱状バンドの間に位置する複数のスペーサーをさらに有する請求項2の非空気圧車輪。
- 前記連続ループ型補強アセンブリは、複数の可撓性円柱状バンドを有し、前記円柱状バンドが半径方向に沿って互いに離れて間隔を空ける請求項2の非空気圧車輪。
