Description
Claims (7)
- 内部領域(3)の流路(F)に沿って流れる媒体の流れを遮断、解放、あるいは調節するための真空バルブ(1)であって、
真空バルブ(1)が、
・真空バルブ(1)の内部領域(3)を真空バルブ(1)外部の大気領域(4)から気密な様相で隔てているバルブハウジング(2)と、
・大気領域(4)において運動を生み出すためのバルブ駆動部(5)と、
・バルブ駆動部(5)へと接続され、幾何学上のシャフト軸(7)を有しており、密封シャフト貫通部(20)によってバルブハウジング(2)を貫いて大気領域(4)から内部領域(3)へと気密な様相で案内され、大気領域(4)から内部領域(3)へと運動を伝達することができるシャフト(6)と、
・内部領域(3)の流路(F)に配置され、シャフト(6)へと接続され、運動によって流路(F)に沿って流れる媒体の流れを遮断、解放、あるいは調節する動作をもたらすことができるバルブ閉じ具(8)と
を有しており、
シャフト貫通部(20)が、
・熱の作用のもとで膨張する材料からなり、半径方向の気密な封止を伴ってシャフト(6)を同心に囲んでいる第1のシールリング(21)と、
・バルブハウジング(2)に組み合わせられ、シャフト(6)を囲んでおり、シャフト(6)に関して軸方向に向けられて、実質的にシャフト(6)の幾何学上の軸(7)を法線とする平面(22a)内を広がっており、第1のシールリング(21)がシャフト(6)に平行な方向に軸方向について固定されるように気密な封止を伴って当接するベアリング面(22)であって、第1のシールリング(21)が軸方向に気密な封止を伴ってベアリング面(22)に当接し、第1のシールリング(21)がベアリング面(22)とシャフト(6)との間の気密な接触を生じさせる、ベアリング面(22)と、
・実質的に剛体材料からなり、シャフト(6)の全周を巡って同心に配置され、ベアリング面(22)に軸方向において対向し、ベアリング面(22)、バルブハウジング(2)、およびシャフト(6)に対して限られた範囲で軸方向に移動することができ、ベアリング面(22)に面する方の部位(26)に内側の円錐形部分(24)を有している非弾性の支持リング(23)であって、円錐形部分(24)が、シャフト(6)の周囲に同心に広がってシャフト(6)を囲み、ベアリング面(22)の方向に或る円錐開き角度(α)で広がっており、第1のシールリング(21)の全周を少なくとも部分的に囲んでいる、支持リング(23)と、
・円錐形部分(24)によって第1のシールリング(21)が弾性的に適合した様相で、実質的に一定の接触圧のもとでベアリング面(22)およびシャフト(6)へと押し付けられるように、支持リング(23)をベアリング面(22)の方向へと軸方向に押す弾性ばね(25)と
を有しており、
円錐開き角度(α)が、第1のシールリング(21)が熱の作用にさらされることで引き起こされる第1のシールリング(21)の半径方向の膨張が、ベアリング面(22)から離れる方向の支持リング(23)の軸方向の移動を生じさせるような角度であり、弾性ばね(25)が、半径方向の膨張によって引き起こされる支持リング(23)の軸方向の移動に対してたわむように設計され、
・第1のシールリングが、第1のOリング(21)として設計され、
・軸方向について見たときに、第1のOリング(21)とベアリング面(22)との間に実質的に環状の封止の接触が存在し、
・半径方向について見たときに、第1のOリング(21)とシャフト(6)との間に実質的に環状の封止の接触が存在し、
・ベアリング面(22)およびシャフト(6)に対して斜めである方向について見たときに、第1のOリング(21)と支持リング(23)の内側の円錐形部分(24)との間に支持の接触が存在し、
支持リング(23)の内側の円錐形部分(24)が、80から100°の円錐開き角度(α)で、ベアリング面(22)の方向に広がっており、
・支持リング(23)のベアリング面(22)から離れる方を向いた部位(27)において、支持リング(23)とシャフト(6)との間に配置された第2のシールリング(28)、および
・シャフト(6)と第1のシール(21)との間にグリスによるシール膜を生成すべく潤滑剤を収容する目的のために、第1のシールリング(21)と、第2のシールリング(28)と、シャフト(6)と、支持リング(23)との間に形成された潤滑剤領域(29)
を特徴とする真空バルブ(1)。 - ・支持リング(23)のうちのベアリング面(22)に面する方の部位(26)が、内部領域(3)へと向けられており、
・支持リング(23)およびばね(25)が、大気領域(4)に配置されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空バルブ(1)。 - ・支持リング(23)のうちのベアリング面(22)から離れる方を向いた部位(27)が、内部領域(3)へと向けられており、
・支持リング(23)およびばね(25)が、内部領域(3)に配置されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の真空バルブ(1)。 - ベアリング面(22)が、バルブハウジング(2)上に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の真空バルブ(1)。
- ・バルブ駆動部(5)が、回転運動を生み出すように設計され、
・シャフト貫通部(20)が、回転シャフトの貫通部として設計され、
・流路(F)の開閉または調節の動作を、シャフト軸(7)を中心とするシャフト(6)およびバルブ閉じ具(8)の回転運動によってもたらすことができる
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の真空バルブ(1)。 - 真空バルブが、バタフライバルブ、ロータリバルブ、スロットルバルブ、ペンダラムバルブ、ルーババルブ、およびシェブロン式バルブのうちの1つの種類のバルブとして設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の真空バルブ(1)。
- ・バルブ駆動部(5)が、直線運動を生み出すように設計され、
・シャフト貫通部(20)が、摺動シャフトの貫通部として設計され、
・流路(F)の開閉または調節の動作を、シャフト軸(7)に沿ったシャフト(6)およびバルブ閉じ具(8)の直線的な摺動運動によってもたらすことができ、
・真空バルブが、スライドバルブ、トランスファバルブ、およびウェッジバルブのうちの1つの種類のバルブとして設計されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の真空バルブ(1)。
