まず、図1を参照して第1実施形態の充電装置の構成について説明する。
Claims (10)
- 発電装置(10)と、
入力端子が前記発電装置に、出力端子が低電圧バッテリ(BL)にそれぞれ接続され、前記発電装置の出力電圧を降圧又は昇圧して前記低電圧バッテリを充電する第1充電回路(11)と、
出力端子が前記低電圧バッテリより高電圧である高電圧バッテリ(BH)に接続され、入力端子に入力された電圧を昇圧して前記高電圧バッテリを充電する第2充電回路(12)と、
前記第2充電回路の入力端子を前記発電装置又は前記低電圧バッテリに接続するとともに、前記第1充電回路及び前記第2充電回路を制御する制御回路(14)と、
を有することを特徴とする充電装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記発電装置の出力電力が第1基準電力より大きいとき、前記第2充電回路の入力端子を前記発電装置に接続するとともに、前記第2充電回路を制御し、前記発電装置の出力電圧を昇圧して前記高電圧バッテリを充電させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電装置。
- 前記制御回路は、前記発電装置の出力電力が前記第1基準電力以下であっても、前記低電圧バッテリの残存容量が放電可能レベルにあるとき、前記第2充電回路の入力端子を前記低電圧バッテリに接続するとともに、前記第2充電回路を制御し、前記低電圧バッテリの出力電圧を昇圧して前記高電圧バッテリを充電させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の充電装置。
- 前記制御回路は、前記発電装置の出力電力が前記第1基準電力以下、かつ、前記第1基準電力より小さい第2基準電力より大きいとき、前記第1充電回路を制御し、前記発電装置の出力電圧を降圧して前記低電圧バッテリを充電させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の充電装置。
- 前記第1基準電力は、前記第2充電回路を介して前記高電圧バッテリを充電する際に失われる損失電力より大きい値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の充電装置。
- 前記第1基準電力は、前記第2充電回路を介して前記高電圧バッテリを充電する頻度が所定値を超えないように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の充電装置。
- 前記第2基準電力は、前記第1充電回路を介して前記低電圧バッテリを充電する際に失われる損失電力より大きい値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の充電装置。
- 前記第2基準電力は、前記第1充電回路を介して前記低電圧バッテリを充電する頻度が所定値を超えないように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の充電装置。
- 前記放電可能レベルは、前記低電圧バッテリの残存容量が上限値に達してから下限値に達するまでの状態であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の充電装置。
- 前記発電装置は、太陽光によって発電する太陽光発電装置であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の充電装置。
