Description
上記2枚のレンチキュラーレンズシートとして、光入射面が平らで、光出射面にレンチキュラーレンズ構造物(ピッチ:50μm、高さ:23μm)が形成されたフィルムを使用した。上記レンチキュラーレンズシートには突起は形成されていなかった。
比較のため、現在、最も広く常用されている3M社のBEF(BrightnessEnhancementFilm)フィルム上にPETフィルムを積層し、80℃、95%の湿度下において48時間放置した後、フィルム間に密着、ウェットアウト、ニュートンリング及びスクラッチの発生可否を測定した。
Claims (12)
- 光入射面及び光出射面を含む光学フィルムにおいて、
前記光入射面及び光出射面のうち、1つ以上の表面に底面が円形である複数の突起を含み、
前記複数の突起の平均直径をDマイクロメートル及び平均高さをHマイクロメートルとし、隣接した突起の頂点間の平均間隔をPマイクロメートルとするとき、80×H1/3≦P≦200×H1/3及び0.1×D≦H≦Dを満たし、
前記光出射面は集光または光拡散のための複数のレンズ構造物で成り、
前記複数の突起は前記複数のレンズ構造物の山部に形成され、
前記光学フィルムは、前記複数のレンズ構造物の谷部の尖点状を埋めるように形成される複数のレンズ状の凸部をさらに含むことを特徴とする光学フィルム。 - 前記複数の各突起は高さが1から30μmであり、
前記隣接した突起間の前記平均間隔が100から600μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。 - 前記複数の各突起は高さが4.5から7μmであり、
前記隣接した突起間の前記平均間隔が150から300μmであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光学フィルム。 - 前記複数の突起が形成された面積が光学フィルム一面の表面積の0.5%から5%であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記複数の突起はレーザ加工を通じて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記凸部はビーズサンディングまたはレーザ加工を通じて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記複数のレンズ構造物はレンチキュラーレンズ、プリズムレンズ、マイクロレンズアレイまたはフレネルレンズであることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルム。
- 光入射面の形状が印刻された第1金型及び光出射面の形状が印刻された第2金型のうち、複数のレンズ構造物の形状を有する少なくとも一つの金型の凹部にレーザを用いて開口部が円形である複数のホールを加工するステップと、
前記第1金型と前記第2金型の間に硬化性樹脂を注入して硬化させて光学フィルムを形成するステップを含み、
前記複数のホールは、前記複数のホールによって前記光学フィルム上に形成される複数の突起の平均直径をDマイクロメートル及び平均高さをHマイクロメートルとし、隣接した突起の頂点間の平均間隔をPマイクロメートルとすると、80×H 1/3 ≦P≦200×H 1/3 及び0.1×D≦H≦Dを満たすように加工され、
前記少なくとも1つの金型にレーザを用いて前記複数のホールを加工する前に、前記光学フィルム上に形成される前記複数のレンズ構造物の谷部の尖点状を埋める複数のレンズ状の凸部が設けられるように印刻するステップをさらに含む光学フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記複数のホールを加工するステップで、光学フィルムの幅方向に沿ってレーザの初期位相を変化させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の光学フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記第1金型及び前記第2金型は平板型、キャタピラ型またはドラム型の金型であることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の光学フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記凸部となる形状を印刻するステップはビーズサンディングまたはレーザ加工でなることを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記光出射面の形状はレンチキュラーレンズ、プリズム、マイクロレンズアレイ、またはフレネルレンズ形状であることを特徴とする請求項8から11の何れか1項に記載の光学フィルムの製造方法。
