Description
本発明による噴射弁では、冒頭に述べた形式の噴射弁において、管はメタルインジェクションモールディング(MIM)法を用いて、有利には2成分MIM法を用いて製造されている。
異なった図面において、同一部材には同一符号を使用し、同一部材に対する説明の重複は避ける。
Claims (6)
- 噴射弁であって、管(200)と、弁開口(15)と、半径方向において管(200)の内部に配置されていて移動可能に案内された弁ニードル(12)と、半径方向において管(200)の外部に配置されたマグネットコイル(25)と、半径方向において管(200)の内部に配置されたマグネットコア(23)と、半径方向において管(200)の内部でマグネットコア(23)と軸方向で向かい合って位置するように配置されたアーマチュア(21)とが設けられており、該アーマチュア(21)は弁ニードル(12)に配置されており、管(200)は第1の管領域(201)と第3の管領域(203)とにおいて、主として磁性の第1の材料から製造されていて、第1の管領域(201)は軸方向で弁開口(15)の側に配置され、かつ第3の管領域(203)は軸方向で弁開口(15)とは反対の側に配置されており、管(200)は第2の管領域(202)において、主として非磁性の第2の材料から製造されていて、該第2の管領域(202)は軸方向において第1の管領域(201)と第3の管領域(203)との間に配置されている形式のものにおいて、
管(200)はメタルインジェクションモールディング(MIM)法を用いて製造されており、
管(200)とマグネットコア(23)とは、一体の部材として製造されており、
マグネットコア(23)は、軸方向においてアーマチュア(21)に向いた表面に第3の材料を有していて、該第3の材料は実質的に、比較的高い硬度を有していることを特徴とする噴射弁。 - マグネットコア(23)は、軸方向においてアーマチュア(21)に向いた表面に異形成形部を有している、請求項1記載の噴射弁。
- 管(200)は第1の管領域(201)に半径方向フランジ(111)を有していて、管(200)と半径方向フランジ(111)とは一体の部材としてMIM法を用いて製造されている、請求項1又は2記載の噴射弁。
- 管(200)は、マグネットコイル(25)のコイル巻線の領域に、別の異形成形部(302)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- メタルインジェクションモールディング(MIM)法が2成分MIM法である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 噴射弁を製造する方法であって、弁ニードル(12)が管(200)の内部において移動可能に案内され、管(200)の内部においてマグネットコア(23)が配置され、管(200)の内部においてマグネットコア(23)と軸方向で向かい合って位置するようにアーマチュア(21)が配置され、アーマチュア(21)は弁ニードル(12)に配置される形式の方法において、
管(200)を弁開口(15)の側に位置する第1の管領域(201)において、主として磁性の第1の材料から製造し、管(200)を弁開口(15)とは反対の側に位置する第3の管領域(203)において、主として磁性の第1の材料から製造し、管(200)を、軸方向において第1の管領域(201)と第3の管領域(203)との間に配置された第2の管領域(202)において、主として非磁性の第2の材料から製造し、管(200)とマグネットコア(23)とを、MIM技術を用いて一体の部材として製造し、マグネットコア(23)は、軸方向においてアーマチュア(21)に向いた表面に第3の材料を有していて、該第3の材料は実質的に、比較的高い硬度を有することを特徴とする、噴射弁を製造する方法。
