Description
Claims (12)
- 産業プロセス制御送信機(16)であって、
第1のセンサに接続される第1の入力と、
第2のセンサに接続される第2の入力と、
前記第1および第2の入力を、感知されたプロセス変数に関する出力を提供する測定回路(68)に選択的に接続するマルチプレクサ(66)と、
前記マルチプレクサ(66)の出力に接続され、前記選択的に接続された第1または第2の入力及び前記測定回路(68)が共通電位となるように構成されたイコライザー(100)とを具備し、
前記イコライザー(100)は、前記第1、第2の入力を前記マルチプレクサを介して基準電位に選択的に接続するように構成され、前記第1および第2のセンサの中の測定される一方のセンサが、以前に測定された他方のセンサと同種の場合には、前記一方のセンサに接続される前記入力を前記基準電位に接続して前記共通電位とすることを省略又はその期間を短縮するようにした産業プロセス制御送信機。 - 請求項1に記載の産業プロセス制御送信機が、前記マルチプレクサ(66)に接続され、前記第1または第2の入力からの電圧レベルをデジタル化するように構成されたアナログ・デジタル変換器(68)を含むことを特徴とする産業プロセス制御送信機。
- 請求項1に記載の産業プロセス制御送信機において、前記第1の入力は、前記第1のセンサの第1端子への第1接続と、前記第1のセンサの第2端子への第2接続とを含むことを特徴とする産業プロセス制御送信機。
- 請求項3に記載の産業プロセス制御送信機において、前記第1の入力は、さらに、前記第1端子への第3接続と、前記第2端子への第4接続とを含むことを特徴とする産業プロセス制御送信機。
- 請求項4に記載の産業プロセス制御送信機において、前記第1,第2,第3および第4接続は、前記イコライザー(100)に接続されることを特徴とする産業プロセス制御送信機。
- 請求項5に記載の産業プロセス制御送信機において、前記第1,第2,第3および第4接続は、該接続を基準電位に選択的に接続するように配置された前記イコライザー(100)のスイッチ(110)に接続されることを特徴とする産業プロセス制御送信機。
- 請求項1に記載の産業プロセス制御送信機が、出力をプロセス制御ループ上に提供するように構成された通信回路(36)を含むことを特徴とする産業プロセス制御送信機。
- 請求項7に記載の産業プロセス制御送信機において、前記プロセス制御ループ(14)は、2線プロセス制御ループを含むことを特徴とする産業プロセス制御送信機。
- 請求項7に記載の産業プロセス制御送信機において、前記プロセス制御ループ(14)は、無線プロセス制御ループを含むことを特徴とする産業プロセス制御送信機。
- 産業プロセス制御送信機中の第1および第2のセンサからのセンサ値を測定する方法であって、
前記第1のセンサをマルチプレクサ(66)を介して測定回路(68)に接続し、
前記測定回路を基準電位に接続し、
前記測定回路を前記基準電位から切り離し、
前記測定回路を用いて前記第1のセンサの値を測定し、
前記測定回路を前記第1のセンサから切り離し、
前記第2のセンサを前記マルチプレクサ(66)を介して前記測定回路(68)に接続し、
前記第2のセンサが、以前に測定された前記第1のセンサと同種の場合には、前記測定回路を基準電位に接続せずに、または短縮された期間だけ接続し、
前記短縮された期間だけ接続した場合にはその期間が経過した時に、前記測定回路を前記基準電位から切り離し、および
前記測定回路を用いて前記第2のセンサの値を測定することからなる方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法が、前記第2のセンサの電圧をデジタル化することを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項10に記載の方法が、前記測定値をプロセス制御ループ(14)を経て伝送することを含むことを特徴とする方法。
