Description

Claims (21)
- 工業プロセスのプロセス変数を測定するように構成されたプロセス送信機であって、
プロセス変数を感知し、それに応答してプロセス変数センサ出力を提供するように構成されたプロセス変数センサと、
前記プロセス変数センサに接続されたセンサ回路と、
前記センサ回路と通信するように構成された出力回路と、
前記センサ回路と前記出力回路を収容するように構成されたハウジングと、
前記センサ回路を前記ハウジングに直接接続して、電源回路の電源のマイナス側リード線接続と前記ハウジングとの間に電圧ノイズが加えられたとき、それによる電気的電流ノイズを前記センサ回路の入力端に接続されたインピーダンスからそらして回避させ、それによって、感知されたプロセス変数中のノイズを低減させるセンサ回路共通接続と、
前記センサ回路と前記出力回路との間の、物理的結合を必要としない無線通信リンクであって、前記プロセス変数センサ出力に関連するデータ信号を、前記センサ回路から前記出力回路に無線で伝送する無線通信リンクを具備するプロセス送信機。 - 前記センサ回路が、内部バッテリによって電力供給される請求項1に記載のプロセス送信機。
- 前記無線通信リンクが、前記出力回路から前記センサ回路に電力を搬送する請求項1に記載のプロセス送信機。
- 前記ハウジングが、外部干渉から前記プロセス送信機を保護するための金属から成る請求項1に記載のプロセス送信機。
- さらに、データを伝送し、かつ前記プロセス送信機に電力を提供するように構成されたプロセス制御ループに接続するように構成された請求項1に記載のプロセス送信機。
- 電力が、前記出力回路から前記センサ回路に無線で転送される請求項3に記載のプロセス送信機。
- 電力を無線で転送するための共振トランスを含む請求項6に記載のプロセス送信機。
- 前記無線通信リンクが、無線デジタル通信チャネルを提供する請求項1に記載のプロセス送信機。
- 前記無線通信リンクが、赤外線(IR)無線リンクから成る請求項1に記載のプロセス送信機。
- 前記赤外線(IR)無線リンクが、赤外線データ協会(IrDA)プロトコルに従って動作する請求項9に記載のプロセス送信機。
- 前記無線通信リンクが、無線周波数リンクから成る請求項1に記載のプロセス送信機。
- 前記無線周波数リンクが、無線周波数識別(RFID)リンクから成る請求項11に記載のプロセス送信機。
- 少なくとも2つの変換機を使用して受け取った信号を送受信するように構成された送信機ユニットおよび受信ユニットを含む請求項1に記載のプロセス送信機。
- 前記無線通信が、双方向である請求項1に記載のプロセス送信機。
- 送信機から出力を提供する方法であって、
プロセス変数を感知し、それに応答してプロセス変数センサ出力を提供するように構成されたプロセス変数センサにセンサ回路を接続すること、
前記センサ回路と通信するように構成された送信機出力回路を提供すること、
前記センサ回路および前記送信機出力回路をハウジング内に収容すること、
電源回路の電源のマイナス側リード線接続と前記ハウジングとの間に電圧ノイズが加えられたとき、それによる電気的電流ノイズを前記センサ回路の入力端に接続されたインピーダンスからそらして回避させ、感知されたプロセス変数中のノイズを低減させるように構成されたセンサ回路共通接続を使って前記ハウジングに前記センサ回路を直接接続すること、
物理的結合を必要としない無線通信リンクを用いて、プロセス変数センサ出力に関連する信号を前記センサ回路から前記送信機出力回路に無線で送信することを含む方法。 - 内部バッテリによって前記センサ回路に電力を供給することを含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- プロセス制御ループによって前記プロセス送信機に電力を提供することを含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記出力回路から前記センサ回路に無線で電力を転送することを含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- 電力を供給することが、誘導結合によるものである請求項15に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの変換機を使用して信号を送受信することを含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- 工業プロセスのプロセス変数を測定するように構成されたプロセス送信機であって、

前記センサ回路を前記ハウジングに直接接続して、電源回路の電源のマイナス側リード線接続と前記ハウジングとの間に電圧ノイズが加えられたとき、それによる電気的電流ノイズを前記センサ回路の入力端に接続されたインピーダンスからそらして回避させ、それによって、感知されたプロセス変数中のノイズを低減させるセンサ回路共通接続と、
前記センサ回路と前記出力回路との間の、物理的結合を必要としない無線通信リンクであって、前記プロセス変数センサ出力に関連するデータ信号を、前記センサ回路から前記出力回路に無線で伝送する無線通信リンクを具備するプロセス送信機。
