Claims (4)
- 円筒状の胴部の両端に鏡部を備え、前記胴部は内層ゴムと外層ゴムとの間に複数の補強層が積層されて構成され、前記補強層は多数のコードが平行に引き揃えられて形成されたコード層であり、積層されて隣り合う補強層どうしのコードが交差して筒軸方向に対して所定のコード角度で配置される空気式防舷材において、それぞれの補強層どうしの間に中間ゴム層が介設され、膨張させていない中立状態で前記中間ゴム層の厚さが1mm〜5mm、前記コード角度が15°〜45°に設定されていることを特徴とする空気式防舷材。
- 前記中間ゴム層のゴムの100%モジュラスが0.5MPa〜5.0MPaである請求項1に記載の空気式防舷材。
- 膨張させていない中立状態で前記中間ゴム層の厚さが外周側の中間ゴム層ほど厚くなっている請求項1または2に記載の空気式防舷材。
- 膨張させていない中立状態で前記胴部の外径が3m〜5mである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気式防舷材。
