Description
下記表1のように造成される鋼スラブを1200℃の温度範囲で加熱して抽出した後、上記の条件のように処理した。そして、高強度化上の影響を評価するために、表2の成分系で窒素添加の効果を導出した。
Claims (11)
- 質量%で、C:0.04〜0.25%、N:70ppm〜300ppm、N-14/27Al:70ppm以上、Mn:0.2〜3.0%、Si:0.5〜2.0%、P:0.01〜0.1%、Al:0.005%以下、Sb:0.001〜0.05%、及びS:0.02%以下、並びに残部Fe及びその他不可避の不純物からなり、フェライトが70体積%以上、残りの組織がベイナイトとオーステナイトの複合組織で構成されることを特徴とする、冷延鋼板。
- 前記冷延鋼板は、Nb:0.001〜0.1%をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷延鋼板。
- 質量%で、C:0.04〜0.25%、N:0.007〜0.03%、Mn:0.2〜3.0%、Si:0.5〜2.0%、P:0.01〜0.1%、Al:0.005%以下、Sb:0.001〜0.05%、及びS:0.02%以下、並びに残部Fe及びその他不可避の不純物からなり、N−14/27Al:70ppm以上である、鋼スラブを、1100〜1250℃で再加熱する段階と、
Ar3〜950℃で熱間仕上圧延を終了する段階と、
450〜700℃の温度で巻取する段階と、
酸洗段階及び目標厚さで冷間圧延する段階と、
750〜830℃の温度で焼鈍する段階
とを含み、フェライトが70体積%以上、残りの組織がベイナイトとオーステナイトの複合組織で構成されることを特徴とする、冷延鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記鋼スラブは、Nb:0.001〜0.1%をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の冷延鋼板の製造方法。
- 質量%で、C:0.04〜0.25%、N:70ppm〜300ppm、N-14/27Al:70ppm以上、Mn:0.2〜3.0%、Si:0.5〜2.0%、P:0.01〜0.1%、Al:0.005%以下、Sb:0.001〜0.05%、及びS:0.02%以下、並びに残部Fe及びその他不可避の不純物からなる鋼板に亜鉛メッキ処理することにより得られたものであり、フェライトが70体積%以上、残りの組織がベイナイトとオーステナイトの複合組織で構成されることを特徴とする、亜鉛メッキ鋼板。
- 前記亜鉛メッキ鋼板は、Nb:0.001〜0.1%を追加的に含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の亜鉛メッキ鋼板。
- 前記亜鉛メッキ処理は溶融亜鉛メッキ処理であることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の亜鉛メッキ鋼板。
- 質量%で、C:0.04〜0.25%、N:0.007〜0.03%、Mn:0.2〜3.0%、Si:0.5〜2.0%、P:0.01〜0.1%、Al:0.005%以下、Sb:0.001〜0.05%、及びS:0.02%以下、並びに残部Fe及びその他不可避の不純物からなり、N−14/27Al:70ppm以上である、鋼スラブを
1100〜1250℃で再加熱する段階と、
Ar3〜950℃で熱間仕上圧延を終了する段階と、
450〜700℃の温度で巻取する段階と、
酸洗段階及び目標厚さで冷間圧延する段階と、
750〜830℃の温度で焼鈍する段階と、
焼鈍された鋼板を、650〜750℃の温度領域まで1〜10℃/秒で冷却し、更に、300〜450℃の温度範囲で急冷する段階と、
冷却された鋼板を亜鉛メッキ化する段階、及び合金化する段階
とを含み、フェライトが70体積%以上、残りの組織がベイナイトとオーステナイトの複合組織で構成されることを特徴とする、亜鉛メッキ鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記鋼スラブは、Nb:0.001〜0.1%をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の亜鉛メッキ鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記亜鉛メッキ化段階は、560℃以下で行われることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の亜鉛メッキ鋼板の製造方法。
- 焼鈍炉の入側で脱脂処理をした後、ブラッシング(Brushing)処理段階、80〜85%の塩酸溶液での酸洗処理段階、及び4〜12%濃度のS−被覆(Coating処理段階からなるグループから選択される1種または2種以上の焼鈍前処理段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の亜鉛メッキ鋼板の製造方法。
