Claims (26)
- (a)イソプロパノール指数試験においてイソプレン粒子の塊が非粘着性であることを示す度合いの前加硫及び(b)その後の硬化により得ることができる、ポリイソプレン粒子内架橋及びポリイソプレン粒子間架橋によって互いに結合された合成ポリイソプレン粒子を含む合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーコンドーム又は手袋であって、
(A)前記ポリイソプレン粒子内架橋及び前記ポリイソプレン粒子間架橋が、前記合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーコンドーム又は手袋中で均一であり、均一が以下の1以上によって判断されるものである、
(i)コンドーム又は手袋が、液体窒素温度で切断したときに実質的に貝殻状断面を示す、若しくは
(ii)コンドーム又は手袋が、室温で破裂したときに走査型電子顕微鏡で見ることができるポリイソプレン粒子内及びポリイソプレン粒子間の特徴が不在である破面を示す
、又は
(B)前記ポリイソプレン粒子内架橋及び前記ポリイソプレン粒子間架橋が、架橋間で約6800g/mol未満の分子量となるような高い密度を有する、
合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーコンドーム又は手袋。 - 前記コンドーム又は手袋が、液体窒素温度で破壊された場合に、実質的に貝殻状破壊を示す、請求項1に記載の合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーコンドーム又は手袋。
- 室温での物品の破断で得られた破面の走査型電子顕微鏡観察が、ポリイソプレン粒子内及びポリイソプレン粒子間の特徴の不在を示す、請求項1に記載の合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーコンドーム又は手袋。
- 液体窒素温度でのコンドーム又は手袋の破壊、室温での破断、又は両方によって得られた破面の走査型電子顕微鏡の亜鉛及び硫黄のx線地図観察が、亜鉛で修飾されているポリイソプレン粒子内の硫黄の存在を示す、請求項1に記載の合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーコンドーム又は手袋。
- 分子量が、架橋間で約6800g/mol未満である、請求項1に記載の合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーコンドーム又は手袋。
- 電子顕微鏡検査によるマイクロプローブ元素分析が、前記合成ポリイソプレン粒子を囲む亜鉛の蓄積を示す、請求項1に記載の合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーコンドーム又は手袋。
- 四酸化オスミウム処理物品のTEMが、イソプレン二重結合の均一性を示す、請求項1に記載の合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーコンドーム又は手袋。
- ポリイソプレン粒子内架橋及びポリイソプレン粒子間架橋の均一性が、粒子内領域及び粒子間領域の両方を非選択的に通る破面の走査型電子顕微鏡検査によって確認される、請求項1に記載の合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーコンドーム又は手袋。
- 可溶性硫黄、ジチオカルバメートの亜鉛錯体、カプリル酸カリウム、及びドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム(SDBS)の存在下で前加硫され、硬化されている、ポリイソプレン粒子内架橋及びポリイソプレン粒子間架橋によって互いに結合された合成ポリイソプレン粒子を含み、
(A)前記ポリイソプレン粒子内架橋及び前記ポリイソプレン粒子間架橋が均一であり、均一が以下の1以上によって判断されるものである、
(i)コンドームが、液体窒素温度で切断したときに実質的に貝殻状断面を示す、若しくは
(ii)コンドームが、室温で破裂したときに走査型電子顕微鏡で見ることができるポリイソプレン粒子内及びポリイソプレン粒子間の特徴が不在である破面を示す
、又は
(B)前記ポリイソプレン粒子内架橋及び前記ポリイソプレン粒子間架橋が、架橋間で約6800g/mol未満の分子量となるような高い密度を有する、合成ポリイソプレンコンドーム。 - 少なくとも30MPaの引張強度を有する、請求項9に記載のコンドーム。
- 少なくとも945%の破断時伸びを有する、請求項9に記載のコンドーム。
- 合成ポリイソプレン粒子の水性ラテックスに、可溶性硫黄、ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛及び界面活性剤を含む前加硫組成物を添加するステップと、
前記ラテックス中の該合成ポリイソプレン粒子を前加硫するステップと、
前記ラテックスに後加硫組成物を添加するステップと、
手袋又はコンドームの形の、凝固剤なしの又は凝固剤被覆されたフォーマーを前記ラテックス中に1回以上浸漬させて、ラテックスフィルムを形成するステップと、
後加硫の間に前記ラテックスフィルムを硬化させて、合成ポリイソプレン粒子内に粒子間架橋を生成し、前記粒子間に粒子内架橋を生成するステップと
を含み、
(A)前記ポリイソプレン粒子内架橋及び前記ポリイソプレン粒子間架橋が、前記合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーコンドーム又は手袋中で均一であり、均一が以下の1以上によって判断されるものである、
(i)コンドームが、液体窒素温度で切断したときに実質的に貝殻状断面を示す、若しくは
(ii)コンドームが、室温で破裂したときに走査型電子顕微鏡で見ることができるポリイソプレン粒子内及びポリイソプレン粒子間の特徴が不在である破面を示す
、又は
(B)前記ポリイソプレン粒子内架橋及び前記ポリイソプレン粒子間架橋が、架橋間で約6800g/mol未満の分子量となるような高い密度を有する、
合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーコンドーム又は手袋を製造する方法。 - 前記物品がコンドームであり、前記フォーマーが凝固剤なしである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記物品が手袋であり、前記フォーマーが凝固剤被覆されている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記可溶性硫黄が、S8硫黄環を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛が、ジエチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(ZDEC)、ジブチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛(ZDBC)、又はそれらの組合せを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤が、カプリル酸カリウム、ポリオキシエチレンセチル/ステアリルエーテル、アルキルアリールスルホン酸塩、アルキルスルホン酸塩、オレフィンスルホン酸塩、アルコール硫酸塩、又はそれらの組合せを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤が、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム(SDBS)、C14オレフィンスルホン酸塩、ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム、又はそれらの組合せを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記後加硫組成物が、ジエチルジチオカルバミン酸ナトリウム(SDEC)、ジブチルジチオカルバミン酸ナトリウム(SDBC)、チウラム、キサントゲン、反応性酸化亜鉛及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される促進剤を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記促進剤が、テトラエチルチウラムジスルフィドであるチウラムを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記促進剤が、ジイソプロピルキサントゲンポリスルフィド(DXP)であるキサントゲンを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記促進剤が、キサントゲンスルフィドであるキサントゲンを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記促進剤が、ジイソプロピルキサントゲンであるキサントゲンを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前加硫ステップが、20℃〜30℃の範囲の温度で9時間〜2日間行われる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 合成ラテックス粒子の前加硫の度合いが、イソプロパノール指数試験によって確認される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 後加硫ステップの間の前記硬化が、120℃〜150℃の範囲の温度で8〜15分間行われる、請求項12に記載の方法。
