Claims (20)
- 加熱可能な流体線のための連結器(2)であって、
筐体と、
パイプ(3)に接続するため構成され配置されたパイプ接続(4)と、
接続要素に接続するため構成され配置された接続形状(7)と、
前記接続形状(7)に前記パイプ接続(4)を通して伸びる直通の管(6)と、
前記直通の管(6)に関して角度α≠0°で配置された加熱器出口管(9)と、
前記直通の管(6)の中に配置され、前記加熱器出口管に対して向いた案内表面(16)を有する傾斜要素(15)と、を備え、
前記加熱可能な流体線は、窒素酸化物の放出を減少させるべくディーゼルエンジンにおける貯蔵コンテナから消費位置に尿素を運び、低い温度で当該尿素が当該流体線の中で凍結するのを避けるために使用され、
前記傾斜要素(15)は、前記連結器(2)に一体的に形成され、
前記案内表面(16)は、前記加熱器出口管(9)とは反対側にある直通の管(6)の底面から前記加熱器出口管(9)まで延びている、連結器。 - 前記案内表面(16)はねじれがない手法で実装される請求項1に記載の連結器。
- 前記傾斜要素(15)は、前記直通の管(6)と前記加熱器出口管(9)を通過する平面と垂直な平面内に前記直通の管(6)内の流れ断面(17、19)を定める一方、前記直通の管(6)と前記加熱器出口管(9)を通過する平面内で前記直通の管(6)に広がって配置される請求項1に記載の連結器。
- 前記傾斜要素(15)は、前記傾斜要素(15)の領域内の前記直通の管(6)の最も大きい幅の50%より大きくない幅を備える請求項1に記載の連結器。
- 前記傾斜要素(15)は、前記案内表面(16)の両端で前記筐体に接続される請求項1に記載の連結器。
- 前記傾斜要素(15)は、前記筐体とひとつなぎに実装される請求項5に記載の連結器。
- 前記案内表面(16)は、前記加熱器出口管の壁の中で連続する請求項1に記載の連結器。
- 20°≦α≦80°である請求項1に記載の連結器。
- 請求項1による連結器(2)と、
前記パイプ接続に接続されたパイプ(3)と、
前記パイプ(3)の中に配置された部分と前記加熱器出口管(9)を通して前記連結器(2)の外に伸びる他の部分を有する加熱器(8)と、
を備える加熱可能な流体線。 - 前記加熱器(8)は少なくとも1つの熱伝導体を有する加熱器棒を備える請求項9に記載の流体線。
- 前記加熱器(8)は、前記傾斜要素(15)と前記直通の管(6)の壁との間の最も大きい距離よりも大きい直径と幅の1つを有する請求項9に記載の流体線。
- 前記傾斜要素(15)は、前記接続形状(7)の中で前記加熱器(8)の通行を邪魔する請求項9に記載の流体線。
- 筐体、パイプ(3)に接続するため構成され配置されたパイプ接続(4)、接続要素に接続するため構成され配置された接続形状(7)、前記接続形状(7)に前記パイプ接続(4)を通して伸びる直通の管(6)、前記直通の管(6)に関して角度α≠0°で配置された加熱器出口管(9)、および前記直通の管(6)の中に配置された案内表面(16)を有する傾斜要素(15)を含む連結器(2)を有する加熱可能な流体線(1)を組み立てる方法において、
前記加熱可能な流体線は、窒素酸化物の放出を減少させるべくディーゼルエンジンにおける貯蔵コンテナから消費位置に尿素を運び、低い温度で当該尿素が当該流体線の中で凍結するのを避けるために使用され、
前記傾斜要素(15)は、前記連結器(2)に一体的に形成され、
前記案内表面(16)は、前記加熱器出口管(9)とは反対側にある直通の管(6)の底面から前記加熱器出口管(9)まで延びており、
前記傾斜要素(15)に沿って加熱器(8)を導くことを含み、
前記加熱器(8)は、前記加熱器出口管(9)の中、前記直通の管(6)から伸びて配置される方法。 - 前記加熱器(8)は前記パイプ(3)に連結され、前記パイプ(3)が前記パイプ接続(4)に接続されるとき、前記加熱器(8)は、前記加熱器出口管(9)に向かう前記傾斜要素(15)に沿って導かれる請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱器(8)が挿入された後、前記パイプ(3)を前記連結器(2)に取り付けることをさらに含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱器(8)は、前記接続形状(7)から離れる方向で前記傾斜要素(15)によって導かれ、前記加熱器出口管(9)を通して挿入される請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱器(8)は、前記加熱器出口管(9)に向かう方向で前記傾斜要素(15)によって導かれ、前記パイプ接続(4)を通して挿入される請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記傾斜要素(15)は、前記直通の管(6)と前記加熱器出口管(9)を通過する平面内で前記直通の管(6)に広がって配置され、前記傾斜要素(15)は、前記直通の管6)と前記加熱器出口管(9)を通過する平面と垂直な平面内で前記直通の管(6)内に流れ断面(17、19)を提供する請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記傾斜要素(15)は、前記傾斜要素(15)の領域内の前記直通の管(6)の最も大きい幅の50%より大きくない幅を備える請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記傾斜要素(15)は、前記接続形状(7)の中で前記加熱器(8)の通行を邪魔する請求項13に記載の方法。
