Description
上記発明によれば、母材がFeを主成分とする場合であっても、Feの含有率が所望の範囲内(28質量%以下)となる肉盛層を形成することができる。それによって、長時間、高温に曝された後も割れにくい肉盛層を安定して形成することができる。
本実施形態に係るCo基硬化肉盛材料は、Cr:18質量%〜22質量%、Fe:9質量%〜28質量%、C:0.7質量%〜1.4質量%、Si:2質量%以下、Ni:3質量%以下、WまたはMo:3質量%〜6質量%を含み、残部がCo及び不可避的な不純物からなる。
摩擦量計測の結果、No.9とNo.1〜No.6との摩擦量に大きな差はなかった。このことから、上記No.1〜No.6の硬さの低下は、性能上問題にならないと考えられる。

Claims (3)
- Cr:18質量%〜22質量%、Fe:9質量%〜28質量%、C:0.7質量%〜1.4質量%、Si:2質量%以下、Ni:3質量%以下、W:3質量%〜6質量%を含み、残部がCo及び不可避的な不純物からなるCo基硬化肉盛材料。
- Cr:18質量%〜22質量%、Fe:9質量%〜15質量%、C:0.7質量%〜1.4質量%、Si:2質量%以下、Ni:3質量%以下、W:3質量%〜6質量%を含み、残部がCo及び不可避的な不純物からなるCo基硬化肉盛材料。
- 鉄を主成分とする部材上に、鉄の含有量が所定値以下の肉盛材料を用いて肉盛してバタリング層を形成した後、
該バタリング層の上に、Cr:18質量%〜22質量%、Fe:9質量%〜28質量%、C:0.7質量%〜1.4質量%、Si:2質量%以下、Ni:3質量%以下、W:3質量%〜6質量%を含み、残部がCo及び不可避的な不純物からなるCo基硬化肉盛材料を用いて肉盛する肉盛方法。
