Claims (3)
- それぞれ電極集電体の表面に電極活物質が担持された正極及び負極を、その間にセパレータを介在させつつ、巻芯の周囲に巻回した発電要素を備える巻回型の電池において、最内周に位置する正極又は負極の何れかと極性が異なる電極活物質が導電性を有する基材から構成される巻芯の外表面に担持され、且つ、最内周に位置する正極又は負極の何れかと巻芯の外表面との間にセパレータを介在させると共に、極性が巻芯と同じ正極又は負極の何れかと巻芯とが電気的に接続され、前記巻芯は、前記最内周に位置する正極又は負極の何れかと別体であることを特徴とする電池。
- 正極は、電極集電体の表面両面に電極活物質が塗工され、負極は、電極集電体の表面両面に電極活物質が塗工され、巻芯は、導電性を有する基材から構成されると共に、外表面に電極活物質が塗工され、極性が巻芯と同じ正極又は負極の何れかと電気的に接続される請求項1に記載の電池。
- 巻回型の電池に用いられる発電要素の作製方法であって、
正極用又は負極用の何れか一方の電極集電体の表面片面に電極活物質を塗工し、この一部を切断してこの切断した一部を塗工面が表となるように巻回して巻芯を作製すると共に、電極集電体の反対面に電極活物質を塗工して正極又は負極の何れか一方の電極を作製し、また、正極用又は負極用の何れか他方の電極集電体の表面両面に電極活物質を塗工して正極又は負極の何れか他方の電極を作製し、内側から、セパレータ、正極又は負極の何れか他方の電極、セパレータ、正極又は負極の何れか一方の電極の順となるよう、これらを巻芯の周囲に巻回することを特徴とする発電要素の作製方法。
