Description
Claims (21)
- 音響モジュールと;
音響結合層を有する取り付けアセンブリであって、前記音響結合層は皮膚に前記音響モジュールを貼り付け、音響結合する、取り付けアセンブリと;
前記皮膚の輪郭に倣うたわみを可能にするように硬いが十分にフレキシブルな、前記モジュールにかぶさって囲むように広がったフレキシブルなカバリング層と;
を有する皮膚に装着される装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記音響モジュールは超音波トランスジューサを有する、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記結合層により前記皮膚に貼り付け、音響結合されている複数のモジュールを更に有する、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記取り付けアセンブリは:
前記結合層において周囲に広がった接着パッド;
を更に有する、装置。 - 請求項4に記載の装置であって:
前記接着パッドの内側部分は前記カバリング層と前記結合層との間に挟まれている、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記結合層は:
エアポケットの存在しない前記皮膚及び皮膚における割れ目に倣うように、前記皮膚と流体を接着するように、十分に粘着性を有する誘電性シリコーンゲル;
を更に有する、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記音響モジュールは、Bモード、カラードップラー、CWドップラー及びMモード超音波センサのうちの1つを有する、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記音響モジュールは無線トランスジューサを有する、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記音響モジュールは:
音響送信要素、音響受信要素及び前記音響送信要素と音響受信要素を互いに固定された関係に保つフォーマ;
を有する、装置。 - 請求項9に記載の装置であって:
一方側の前記結合層と他方側のフレキシブルカバリング層との間をフレキシブルに相互接続する複数の前記モジュール;
を更に有する、装置。 - 請求項10に記載の装置であって、前記フレキシブルカバリング層と前記結合層の少なくとも1つはSylgard(登録商標)誘電体ゲルである、装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置であって、前記フレキシブルカバリング層はSylgard(登録商標)誘電体ゲルを有し、前記結合層はT2(登録商標)シリコーンを有する、装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置であって、前記取り付けアセンブリは:
前記フレキシブルカバリング層及び前記結合層が一体化されているパッド;
を有する、装置。 - 請求項10に記載の装置であって、前記結合層は十分に小さい音速を有し、前記装置は実質的に平坦である、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記モジュールは:
前記皮膚の下で動いている物質において方向付けられる超音波送信を生成する送信器;及び
前記動きを表す、反射された超音波送信を感知する受信器;
を各々有する複数の圧電モジュールのアレイを有する、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記モジュールは:
前記皮膚の下で動いている物質において方向付けられる超音波送信を生成し、前記動きを表す、反射された超音波送信を感知するする送信器;
を各々有する複数の圧電モジュールのアレイを有する、装置。 - 心臓除細動ユニットと組み合わされた請求項1に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記結合層は、滑りを防止するように十分に硬く、前記結合層が貼られるときに前記皮膚における割れ目を満たすように十分に流動的である、医療処置の間に更なる人間の介入なしに、前記皮膚にモジュールを接着し、前記モジュールを適所に保つように十分に粘着性を有する、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置がデータ取得をゲーティングするように用いられる核イメージャ。
- 患者の皮膚と音響モジュールを貼り付けて、音響結合する結合手段;
前記皮膚の輪郭に倣うたわみを可能にするように硬いが十分にフレキシブルな、前記モジュールにかぶさって囲むように広がったフレキシブルなカバリング層;及び
前記患者の生理学的パラメータをモニタするように音響信号を送受信する医療手段;
を有する装置。 - 患者の生理学的パラメータを感知する音響モジュール;
音響結合層を有する取り付けアセンブリであって、前記患者の皮膚に前記音響モジュールを貼り付けて、音響的に結合する、取り付けアセンブリ;
前記皮膚の輪郭に倣うたわみを可能にするように硬いが十分にフレキシブルな、前記モジュールにかぶさって囲むように広がったフレキシブルなカバリング層;及び
感知された患者データを収集し、モニタリングステーションに前記感知された患者データを転送するサーバ;
を有するモニタリングシステム。
