Abstract
Description

Claims (15)

- 前記流動性音響減衰材料が、前記ハウジングの内面と接触している、請求項1に記載の超音波撮像装置。
- 前記超音波トランスデューサモジュールと熱的に接触している熱放散構造をさらに備え、前記流動性音響減衰材料が、前記熱放散構造と接触している、請求項1に記載の超音波撮像装置。
- 前記ハウジングが、ヒートシンク材料を含む、請求項1に記載の超音波撮像装置。
- 前記ハウジングが、金属材料を含む、請求項6に記載の超音波撮像装置。

- 前記流動性音響減衰材料が、前記超音波トランスデューサアレイと接触している、請求項1に記載の超音波撮像装置。
- 前記流動性音響減衰材料が、前記超音波トランスデューサアレイと前記超音波トランスデューサアレイを覆う音響レンズとの間に配置されている、請求項1に記載の超音波撮像装置。
- 超音波撮像装置を製造する方法であって、
ハウジングの内部に位置付けられた少なくとも1つの表面に流動性音響減衰材料を塗布することを含み、前記ハウジングが、その中に配置された超音波トランスデューサモジュールを有する、方法。 - 超音波装置であって、
