Description
Claims (7)
- 車軸を支持する軸受から車体への振動の伝達を防止するための、ばねとダンパを有するパッシブ緩衝機構及びアクティブ緩衝機構を備えたサスペンション装置であって、
前記アクティブ緩衝機構は、
前記車体の振動を計測する速度センサと、
前記軸受を前記車体に対して駆動するアクチュエータと、
前記速度センサの計測結果に基づいて、前記車体が振動しないように前記アクチュエータの駆動を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記アクチュエータは、
第1吸排口と第2吸排口との間で作動油を正逆両方向に供給可能なポンプと、
前記ポンプを駆動するモータと、
ピストンによって内部空間が第1の圧力室と第2の圧力室に仕切られた油圧シリンダと、
前記第1の圧力室を前記第1の吸排口に接続する第1の配管と、
前記第2の圧力室を前記第2の吸排口に接続する第2の配管と、
前記第1及び第2の配管を中途で連通させるバイパス管と、
前記バイパス管の中途に設けられ、前記第1及び第2の圧力室に所定の圧力を加えるアキュムレータと
を備え、
前記アキュムレータが前記第1の圧力室及び第2の圧力室に加える所定の圧力の大きさは、前記油圧シリンダの駆動に必要な最低圧力よりも大きく設定されていることを特徴とするサスペンション装置。 - 前記所定の圧力が10MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサスペンション装置。
- 前記速度センサは、前記パッシブ緩衝機構の伸縮速度、及び、前記車体に対する軸受の速度のいずれか一つを計測することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のサスペンション装置。
- 前記アクティブ緩衝機構と前記パッシブ緩衝機構は並列に接続され、前記車体は前記アクティブ緩衝機構及び前記パッシブ緩衝機構を介して前記車軸に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション装置。
- 前記アクティブ緩衝機構と前記パッシブ緩衝機構は直列に接続され、前記車体は前記アクティブ緩衝機構及び前記パッシブ緩衝機構を介して前記車軸に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション装置。
- 前記油圧シリンダが、前記軸受及び前記車体の夫々に対して揺動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション装置。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション装置を備えた車両。
