Description
、少なくとも非塩化ビニル系の材料からなる基材シート、隠蔽模様層、2層以上の積層からなる透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂層、電子線の照射による架橋がされている表面保護層が少なくともこの順に積層されてなる化粧シートにおいて、前記2層以上の積層からなる透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂層のうちの少なくとも1つの層には、(化学式1)
まず、基材シート1として、エチレンコンテント4重量%のランダムポリプロピレン系樹脂に無機系の酸化チタン及び炭酸カルシウムを溶融混練し、厚み70μmでTダイキャスト製膜により着色シートを得た。得られた着色シートの両面にコロナ処理を施し、その片面に、グラビア印刷法により木目柄の隠蔽模様層2を積層し、40℃環境下で3日間の養生を行った。隠蔽模様層2のインキには、イソシアネート硬化型ポリエステル系インキ「V351」(東洋インキ製造(株)製)を100重量部に対して、イソホロンジイソシアネートを5重量部、溶剤としてメチルエチルケトンを適量添加して濃度を調整し、充分に撹拌を行ったものを用いた。

透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂層の電子線による黄変を評価する為に、前記アンカーコート剤を塗布した基材シート1上ではなく、コロナ処理などを施していない2軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム上に実施例1〜12に記載の3層のポリオレフィン系樹脂を共押出ラミネートし、そのうちの一部を、表面保護層を塗布しないままに、30KGyで電子線照射した。その後、電子線照射及び未照射の両方から2軸延伸ポリエステルフィルムを剥離して、実施例1〜12の黄変評価用クリアシートサンプルを作製した。
表1の代わりに表2に示す3種のポリオレフィン系樹脂とした他は、実施例と同じ方法を用いて、比較例の化粧シートおよび黄変評価用クリアシートサンプルを作成した。
実施例及び比較例にて作製した化粧シートを、厚み4mmの中密度繊維板にエマルジョンタイプの接着剤「ハイボンBA−10L」(中央理化工業株式会社)を介して貼り合わせ、化粧板を作成した。作製した化粧板を、サンシャインウェザーメーター「S−80BBR」(スガ試験機株式会社製)を用いて耐候促進試験を行ない、耐候劣化が起き始めるまでの時間を調査した。その結果を表3に示す。
実施例及び比較例にて作製した黄変評価用クリアシートについて、分光側色機「CM−508d」(コニカミノルタ社製)を用い、JIS Z8729(1980)に従ってb値を測定し、電子線照射前後でのb値の変化量である△b値を測定した。△b値の定義から、その数値が大きいほど電子線照射の前後で黄味が増していることを示している。結果を表4に示す。

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも非塩化ビニル系の材料からなる基材シート、隠蔽模様層、2層以上の積層からなる透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂層、電子線の照射による架橋がされている表面保護層が少なくともこの順に積層されてなる化粧シートにおいて、
前記2層以上の積層からなる透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂層のうちの少なくとも1つの層には、(化学式1)
記透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂層のうち表面保護層に接していない少なくとも1つの層にベンゾトリアゾール系の紫外線吸収剤が添加されており、
前記透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂層の、沸騰ヘプタン可溶残分率として規定されるアイソタクチック指数が、50〜90%の範囲内にあり、
前記透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂層のうち表面保護層に接してる層にベンゾトリアゾール系の紫外線吸収剤が添加されていないことを特徴とする化粧シート。 - 前記(化学式1)で示すヒドロキシルアミン系のラジカル捕捉剤の添加量が、前記2層以上の積層からなる透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂層中の透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂100重量部に対して、0.05〜1.0重量部の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂層のうち表面保護層に接してる層に、ヒンダードアミン系のラジカル捕捉剤が添加されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2の何れかに記載の化粧シート。
- 前記ヒンダードアミン系のラジカル捕捉剤の添加量が、前記透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂層のうち表面保護層に接してる層中の透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂100重量部に対して、0.1〜1.0重量部の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記2層以上の積層からなる透明ポリプロピレン系樹脂層のそれぞれの積層が、共押出方式により積層されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の化粧シート。
