Description
Claims (2)
- 多孔質の活性炭材料の形成方法であって、
炭素前駆体と、KOH、K 2 CO 3 、NaOH、Na 2 CO 3 、P 2 O 5 、AlCl 3 、MgCl 2 、ZnCl 2 およびH 3 PO 4 よりなる群から選択される無機化合物の混合物を形成し、
前記混合物を第1の温度で加熱して前記炭素前駆体を硬化し、
前記硬化した炭素前駆体を前記第1の温度より高い第2の温度で加熱して、前記炭素前駆体を炭化し、活性炭材料を生成する、
各工程を有してなり、さらに、
(a)前記混合物を、酸素を実質的に含まない環境下、前記第1の温度で加熱する工程、および
(b)前記活性炭材料を洗浄して前記無機化合物を除去し、その後、該洗浄した活性炭材料を、酸素を実質的に含まない環境下、450℃から1000℃までの第3の温度で加熱して、9重量%未満の全酸素含有量まで前記活性炭材料を精製する工程
を有してなる、方法。 - 多孔質の活性炭材料の形成方法であって、
炭素前駆体と活性化剤の水性混合物を形成し、
前記水性混合物を、酸素を実質的に含まない環境下、第1の温度で加熱して、固体の硬化した炭素前駆体を形成し、
前記硬化した炭素前駆体を前記第1の温度より高い第2の温度で加熱して、前記炭素前駆体を炭化し、9重量%未満の全酸素含有量を有する多孔質の活性炭材料を生成する、
各工程を有してなる方法。
