Description
Claims (5)
- ロータシャフト(5)と、前記ロータシャフトに取り付けられたロータ積層体(2)と、前記ロータ積層体に設けられた複数個の収容ポケット(3)と、前記収容ポケット内に配置された複数個の永久磁石(4)とから構成される永久磁石ロータにおいて、前記永久磁石を前記収容ポケット(3)内に1枚の接着フィルム(6)のみで固定するように、前記収容ポケットが、前記接着フィルム(6)によって閉塞され、前記収容ポケット(3)は、それぞれ、前記ロータ積層体の一方の端面側に開口(3a)を有しており、前記ロータ積層体の前記端面(2c)に取り付けられた前記接着フィルムのみによって、前記開口が閉塞されていることを特徴とする永久磁石ロータ。
- 前記接着フィルム(6)が、円形状の外周部分を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載した永久磁石ロータ。
- 前記収容ポケット(3)は、それぞれ、前記ロータ積層体の両方の端面側に開口(3a、3b)を有しており、前記収容ポケットを閉塞するための接着フィルムが、前記ロータ積層体の前記両方の端面にそれぞれ1枚ずつ取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載した永久磁石ロータ。
- 前記接着フィルム(6)がそれぞれ、円形状の外周部分を有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載した永久磁石ロータ。
- 前記接着フィルム(6)の半径(8)が、前記ロータ積層体の外周部分の半径よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載した永久磁石ロータ。
