Description
さらに、少なくとも1つの赤外線カメラによって監視された所定の領域は、噴霧乾燥室の下部内に流動層ガス分配器プレートの一部を含んでもよい。また、流動層中の流動化した粉末が、監視され得る。
1つまたは複数の赤外線カメラは、原則では、視野が乾燥室内に位置する限り噴霧乾燥室の外側に配置され得るが、有利には、1つまたは複数の赤外線カメラは、移動可能および/または着脱可能なカメラ・ランスを介して噴霧乾燥室内に配置されてもよい。これによりランス自体内に必要な配線および電子機器を設けるここを可能にさせる。
各特定の実施形態および特徴の変更形態は、別段特に定めのない限り、本発明の各態様に等しく適用される。さらなる詳細および利点は、従属請求項および以下の説明から明らかになろう。
一般に、ノズル5がより多くおよび監視すべき領域がより大きくなるにつれて、より多くのIRカメラ6が必要とされる。
Claims (19)
- 噴霧乾燥室を用意するステップと、
前記噴霧乾燥室の内部に視野を有する1つまたは複数のカメラを前記噴霧乾燥室に関連付けるステップと
を含む、付着物の形成を受ける噴霧乾燥機の所定の領域を監視する方法であって、
前記1つまたは複数のカメラのうちの少なくとも1つが、赤外線カメラであり、
前記赤外線カメラにより、温度が、前記所定の領域内で測定される方法。 - 少なくとも2つの赤外線カメラが、前記噴霧乾燥室に関連付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの噴霧ノズルを霧化手段として用意するさらなるステップを含み、前記少なくとも1つの赤外線カメラによって監視された前記所定の領域が、1つまたは複数の前記噴霧ノズルの一部、あるいは1つまたは複数の前記噴霧ノズルを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの赤外線カメラによって監視された前記所定の領域が、前記噴霧乾燥室の壁の一部を含む、前記請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの赤外線カメラによって監視された前記所定の領域が、前記噴霧乾燥室の下部内に流動層ガス分配器プレートの一部を含む、前記請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 制御システムを用意するさらなるステップと、前記所定の領域内の前記温度についての設定値を用意するさらなるステップとを含み、前記制御システムが、前記温度が前記設定値を超えると作動される警報と関連付けられる、前記請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記監視が、固形物の付着物に対して実行され、前記温度についての前記設定値が、前記付着物の温度である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記噴霧乾燥機の動作が、前記警報が作動されると停止される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記付着物が、前記噴霧乾燥機が停止されたときに除去される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 冷却ガスが、前記少なくとも1つの赤外線カメラを冷却するように供給される、前記請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 各赤外線カメラが、少なくとも90度の視野を有する、前記請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数の赤外線カメラが、移動可能および/または着脱可能なカメラ・ランスを介して前記噴霧乾燥室内に配置される、前記請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 通常の視覚カメラおよび赤外線カメラが、1つのカメラ・ランス内で組み合わされている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 噴霧乾燥室(2)と、霧化手段(9)と、前記噴霧乾燥室に関連して配置される1つまたは複数のカメラ(6)とを備える噴霧乾燥機(1)において、前記1つまたは複数のカメラのうちの少なくとも1つが、赤外線カメラであり、
前記少なくとも一つの赤外線カメラが付着物の形成を受ける所定の領域を監視するようになっており、
前記部分は、前記霧化手段(9)の少なくとも一つの噴霧ノズル(5)と、前記噴霧乾燥室の壁と、流動層ガス分配器プレート(10)とからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする噴霧乾燥機(1)。 - 少なくとも2つの赤外線カメラ(6)が、前記噴霧乾燥室(2)内に配置される、請求項14に記載の噴霧乾燥機。
- 前記1つまたは複数の赤外線カメラが、移動可能および着脱可能なカメラ・ランスを介して前記噴霧乾燥室内に配置される、請求項14又は15に記載の噴霧乾燥機。
- 通常のカメラおよび赤外線カメラ(6)が、1つのカメラ・ランス(7)内で組み合わされている、請求項16に記載の噴霧乾燥機。
- 前記少なくとも1つの赤外線カメラ(6)が、のぞきガラス(8)および保護格子(13)によって覆われる、請求項14から17のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧乾燥機。
- 各赤外線カメラが、少なくとも90度の視界を有する、請求項14から18のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧乾燥機。
