Description
Claims (12)
- 接触物体により操作されるように構成されている接触操作面を備えた圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置であって、前記タッチ式装置は、
駆動電圧が印加される導電層と、
前記導電層の下に構成された第1の電極パターンと、を有し、前記第1の電極パターンは、前記導電層から第1の所定の距離を有し、
前記第1の電極パターンの下に構成された第2の電極パターンを有し、前記第2の電極パターンは、前記導電層から第2の所定の距離を有し、
前記導電層、前記第1の電極パターン、及び前記第2の電極パターンに電気的に接続されたマイクロプロセッサを有し、
前記タッチ式装置は、前記接触物体が前記タッチ式装置の前記接触操作面に触れて前記導電層が操作位置で押下されるが、前記導電層が前記第1の電極パターンと物理的接触関係をなさない場合に、容量型接触位置検出モードに設定され、
前記タッチ式装置は、前記接触物体が前記タッチ式装置の前記接触操作面に強く触れて前記導電層が操作位置で押下され、かつ前記導電層が前記第1の電極パターンの少なくとも1つの対応の位置と物理的接触関係をなした場合に、抵抗型接触位置検出モードに設定され、
前記容量型接触位置検出モードにより、前記導電層と前記第1の電極パターンとの間の距離の変化が生じ、前記導電層と前記第1の電極パターンとの電気的容量結合の変化が生じ、前記導電層と前記第2の電極パターンとの間の距離の変化が生じ、かつ、前記導電層と前記第2の電極パターンとの電気的容量結合の変化が生じ、更に、前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記導電層と前記第1の電極パターンとの電気的容量結合の前記変化、及び前記導電層と前記第2の電極パターンとの電気的容量結合の前記変化に基づいて、前記接触物体の操作位置を決定する、
圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置。 - 前記抵抗型接触位置検出モードでは、前記導電層は、前記駆動電圧を前記第1の電極パターンの前記対応の位置に印加し、前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記第1の電極パターンの電圧変化に従って、前記タッチ式装置の前記接触操作面上の少なくとも1つの操作位置を決定する、請求項1記載の圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置。
- 前記タッチ式装置は、手書きの入力操作が前記タッチ式装置の前記接触操作面に行われるとき、前記抵抗型接触位置検出モードに設定される、請求項1記載の圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の電極パターン及び前記第2の電極パターンは各々、互いに平行であり且つ互いに間隔を置いて設けられた複数個のストリップ状電極を備える、請求項1記載の圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の電極パターンの前記ストリップ状電極は、第1の走査回路を介して前記マイクロプロセッサに接続され、前記第2の電極パターンの前記ストリップ状電極は、第2の走査回路を介して前記マイクロプロセッサに接続されている、請求項4記載の圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置。
- 前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記駆動電圧を、駆動電圧供給回路を介して前記導電層に供給する、請求項1記載の圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置。
- 圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置であって、
導電層結合面及び接触操作面を有する第1の基板と、
前記第1の基板の前記導電層結合面上に形成された導電層と、
電極パターン結合面を有する第2の基板と、
前記導電層の下に構成された第1の電極パターンと、を有し、前記第1の電極パターンは、前記導電層から第1の所定の距離を有し、かつ絶縁スペーサにより前記導電層から離隔され、
前記第1の電極パターンの下に構成され、かつ前記第2の基板の前記電極パターン結合面上に形成された第2の電極パターンを有し、前記第2の電極パターンは、前記導電層から第2の所定の距離を有し、かつ絶縁層により前記第1の電極パターンから離隔され、
前記第1の基板の前記導電層、前記第1の電極パターン、及び前記第2の電極パターンに電気的に接続されたマイクロプロセッサを有し、
前記第1の所定の距離が、前記第2の所定の距離より小さく、
前記導電層が、抵抗型位置検出モードで前記第1の電極パターンの少なくとも1つの対応する位置と物理的に接触し、
前記導電層と前記第1の電極パターンの間の電気的結合容量の変化と、前記導電層及び前記第2の電極パターンの間の電気的容量結合の変化の両方で、前記マイクロプロセッサが、前記導電層と、前記第1の電極パターンの間の電気的容量の変化と、前記導電層と、前記第2の電極パターンの間の電気的容量の変化とに基づいて接触物体の操作位置を決定する、
圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置。 - 前記第1の電極パターン及び前記第2の電極パターンは各々、互いに平行であり且つ互いに間隔を置いて設けられた複数個のストリップ状電極を備える、請求項7記載の圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の電極パターンの前記ストリップ状電極は、前記第1の電極パターンの前記ストリップ状電極と前記第2の電極パターンの前記ストリップ状電極との交差部に対応した凹み部分を形成する、請求項8記載の圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の電極パターンの前記ストリップ状電極は、第1の走査回路を介して前記マイクロプロセッサに接続され、前記第2の電極パターンの前記ストリップ状電極は、第2の走査回路を介して前記マイクロプロセッサに接続されている、請求項8記載の圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の電極パターンの前記ストリップ状電極は、前記第2の電極パターンの前記ストリップ状電極に対する前記第1の電極パターンの前記ストリップ状電極の交点に対応した凹み部分を形成する、請求項8記載の圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置。
- 前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記駆動電圧を、駆動電圧供給回路を介して前記導電層に供給する、請求項7記載の圧力検出可能なタッチ式装置。
