Claims (2)
- ベース基板の表示領域に形成され、互いに交差するゲート配線とデータ配線に接続されるトランジスタを含むトランジスタ層と、
前記トランジスタ層上の画素領域に形成される第1カラーフィルタ及び第2カラーフィルタと、
前記第1カラーフィルタと前記第2カラーフィルタとの間に形成され、光を遮断する第1遮光部材と、
前記第1遮光部材上に配置されて、前記第1遮光部材をカバーする第1透明部材と、
前記表示領域を取り囲む前記ベース基板の周辺領域に形成され、前記第1カラーフィルタ及び前記第2カラーフィルタと同一物質からなる第1カラーパターンと、
前記第1カラーパターンの上に形成された第2遮光部材と、前記第1透明部材と同一物質からなり、前記第1カラーパターンと前記第2遮光部材をカバーするように前記周辺領域に配置される第2透明部材とから構成される突出部と、
前記ベース基板と対向する基板との間隔を維持し、前記第1カラーフィルタまたは前記第2カラーフィルタの上に形成されて前記第1カラーフィルタ及び前記第2カラーフィルタと同一物質からなる第2カラーパターン及び前記第2カラーパターンの上に形成されて前記第1透明部材及び前記第2透明部材より厚い厚さを有する透明パターンを含む間隔保持部と、
前記ベース基板と前記対向する基板との間に充填される液晶層と、を含み、
前記突出部の高さは、前記第1カラーフィルタまたは前記第2カラーフィルタと前記第2カラーパターンと前記透明パターンとを合わせた厚さよりも薄く、前記突出部の上面上には前記液晶層の液晶が充填されることを特徴とする表示基板。 - ベース基板の表示領域には互いに交差するゲート配線とデータ配線に接続されるトランジスタを含むトランジスタ層を形成し、前記表示領域を取り囲む前記ベース基板の周辺領域には回路部の金属パターンを含む回路層を形成することと、
前記トランジスタ層上の画素領域に配置される第1カラーフィルタ及び第2カラーフィルタと、前記回路層上に配置される前記第1カラーフィルタ及び前記第2カラーフィルタと同一物質からなる第1カラーパターン及び前記第1カラーフィルタまたは前記第2カラーフィルタの上に前記第1カラーフィルタ及び前記第2カラーフィルタと同一物質からなる第2カラーパターンとを形成することと、
前記第1カラーフィルタと前記第2カラーフィルタとの間の境界領域に配置される第1遮光部材と、前記第1カラーパターンをカバーするように前記周辺領域に配置される第2遮光部材とを形成することと、
前記第1カラーフィルタ及び前記第2カラーフィルタ上に画素電極及び前記金属パターンと接触するコンタクト電極を形成することと、
前記画素電極と前記コンタクト電極が形成された前記ベース基板上に第1透明部材及び第2透明部材と、前記第2カラーパターン上に前記第2透明部材より厚い厚さを有する透明パターンとを形成することと、
前記ベース基板と、前記ベース基板に対向して配置される基板とを接合し、前記ベース基板と前記対向基板との間に液晶層を形成することと、
を含み、
前記第1カラーパターン、前記第2遮光部材、及び前記第2透明部材から構成される突出部の高さは、前記第1カラーフィルタまたは前記第2カラーフィルタと前記第2カラーパターンと前記透明パターンとを合わせた厚さよりも薄く、前記突出部の上面上には前記液晶層の液晶が充填されることを特徴とする表示基板の製造方法。
