Description
図2は、本発明の一実施形態である酸素濃縮装置300の内部構成を図示するために要部を破断して示した正面図である。この装置300は不図示の鼻カニューラとともに使用されるとともに、総重量が約2〜4kgで2リットルのペットボトルに略近い上下方に細長い縦長の外観形状を備えている。
図3は、酸素濃縮装置300のブロック図を兼ねて図示した流路配管図、図4は、コンプレッサ1の配管系統の詳細の模式図、図5は、コンプレッサ1の上部ハウジング3、下部ハウジング4内のマニホルド(配管系統)の詳細図である。
図6は、コンプレッサ1の外観斜視図である。本図において、上面左側にフィルタ組立体7を備えた加圧吸入タンク7a、その右側には真空ヘッド9が通しボルト40、40及び不図示のナットとネジを用いて固定されている。下面左側には加圧タンク7bが上部ハウジング3、下部ハウジング4を挟んで加圧吸入タンク7aと対向して通しボルト40、40及び不図示のナットとネジを用いて固定されている。下面右側には真空ヘッド9が上部ハウジング3、下部ハウジング4を挟んで上部の真空ヘッド9と対向して通しボルト40、40及び不図示のナットとネジを用いて固定されている。

Claims (2)
- 1組の第1のピストン(25)と第1の偏心カムと第1のシリンダ室と、1組の第2のピストン(27)と第2の偏心カムと第2のシリンダ室と、1組の第3のピストン(29)と第3の偏心カムと第3のシリンダ室と、1組の第4のピストン(31)と第4の偏心カムと第4のシリンダ室とを備え、
前記第1のピストン(25)と前記第2のピストン(27)の中心軸は、共通する第1の中心軸(CL1)を有し、
前記第3のピストン(29)と前記第4のピストン(31)の中心軸は、共通する第2の中心軸(CL7)を有し、
前記第1のピストン(25)は、クランク軸体(11)に設けられた前記第1の偏心カムと第1のコンロッド(26)で第1の方向に往復運動し、
前記第2のピストン(27)は、クランク軸体(11)に設けられた前記第2の偏心カムと第2のコンロッド(28)で前記第1の方向に往復運動し、
前記第3のピストン(29)は、クランク軸体(11)に設けられた前記第3の偏心カムと第3のコンロッド(30)で前記第1の方向と直交する第2の方向に往復運動し、
前記第4のピストン(31)は、クランク軸体(11)に設けられた前記第4の偏心カムと第4のコンロッド(32)で前記第2の方向に往復運動し、
前記第1のコンロッド(26)の動作軸(CL2)と前記第2のコンロッド(28)の動作軸(CL3)が前記クランク軸体(11)から前記第1のピストン(25)または前記第2のピストン(27)に向けて前記第1の中心軸(CL1)と平行に延びており、前記第1の中心軸(CL1)から前記クランク軸体(11)の軸方向に沿って互いに反対方向に等距離(A1a)だけオフセットされるように、前記第1のピストン(25)と前記第1のコンロッド(26)、および前記第2のピストン(27)と前記第2のコンロッド(28)が接続され、
前記第3のコンロッド(30)の動作軸(CL5)と前記第4のコンロッド(32)の動作軸(CL6)が前記クランク軸体(11)から前記第3のピストン(29)または前記第4のピストン(31)に向けて前記第2の中心軸(CL7)と平行に延びており、前記第2の中心軸(CL7)から前記クランク軸体(11)の軸方向に沿って互いに反対方向に等距離(A1b)だけオフセットされるように、前記第3のピストン(29)と前記第3のコンロッド(30)、および前記第4のピストン(31)と前記第4のコンロッド(32)が接続され、
前記第1の中心軸(CL1)と前記第2の中心軸(CL7)とが直交することを特徴とするコンプレッサ。 - 圧縮空気となる原料空気を濾過するフィルタ組立体(7)と、圧縮空気中から窒素を選択的に吸着して酸素を生成するゼオライトの吸着剤を収納した一対の吸着筒(108a、108b)と、前記吸着筒(108a、108b)に対してコンプレッサ(1)からの圧縮空気と減圧空気とを交互に供給するように流路を切り換えることで前記吸着剤による前記生成及び浄化を行う切換弁(109a、109b)と、前記浄化後の減圧空気の排気時の消音を行う消音器(6)と、前記生成された酸素を貯めておく容器(111)と、モータ(2)の駆動を含む電力供給を行うための充電式電池(227、228)と、を備えた酸素濃縮装置(300)であって、
前記コンプレッサ(1)は、1組の第1のピストン(25)と第1の偏心カムと第1のシリンダ室と、1組の第2のピストン(27)と第2の偏心カムと第2のシリンダ室と、1組の第3のピストン(29)と第3の偏心カムと第3のシリンダ室と、1組の第4のピストン(31)と第4の偏心カムと第4のシリンダ室とを備え、
前記第1のピストン(25)と前記第2のピストン(27)の中心軸は、共通する第1の中心軸(CL1)を有し、
前記第3のピストン(29)と前記第4のピストン(31)の中心軸は、共通する第2の中心軸(CL7)を有し、
前記第1のピストン(25)は、クランク軸体(11)に設けられた前記第1の偏心カムと第1のコンロッド(26)で第1の方向に往復運動し、
前記第2のピストン(27)は、クランク軸体(11)に設けられた前記第2の偏心カムと第2のコンロッド(28)で前記第1の方向に往復運動し、
前記第3のピストン(29)は、クランク軸体(11)に設けられた前記第3の偏心カムと第3のコンロッド(30)で前記第1の方向と直交する第2の方向に往復運動し、
前記第4のピストン(31)は、クランク軸体(11)に設けられた前記第4の偏心カムと第4のコンロッド(32)で前記第2の方向に往復運動し、
前記第1のコンロッド(26)の動作軸(CL2)と前記第2のコンロッド(28)の動作軸(CL3)が前記クランク軸体(11)から前記第1のピストン(25)または前記第2のピストン(27)に向けて前記第1の中心軸(CL1)と平行に延びており、前記第1の中心軸(CL1)から前記クランク軸体(11)の軸方向に沿って互いに反対方向に等距離(A1a)だけオフセットされるように、前記第1のピストン(25)と前記第1のコンロッド(26)、および前記第2のピストン(27)と前記第2のコンロッド(28)が接続され、
前記第3のコンロッド(30)の動作軸(CL5)と前記第4のコンロッド(32)の動作軸(CL6)が前記クランク軸体(11)から前記第3のピストン(29)または前記第4のピストン(31)に向けて前記第2の中心軸(CL7)と平行に延びており、前記第2の中心軸(CL7)から前記クランク軸体(11)の軸方向に沿って互いに反対方向に等距離(A1b)だけオフセットされるように、前記第3のピストン(29)と前記第3のコンロッド(30)、および前記第4のピストン(31)と前記第4のコンロッド(32)が接続され、
