Claims (8)
- 内燃機関、特に船舶用ディーゼルのための燃料噴射システムにおいて、
燃料タンク(12)と、内燃機関の燃焼室に燃料を入れるための高圧タンク(9)と、前記燃料タンクから前記高圧タンクへ燃料を送るための少なくとも2つの高圧ポンプ(1,10,11)を有するポンプ構造と、を備え、
前記ポンプ構造の高圧ポンプは、前記燃料タンクに対してポンプ室を遮断するための磁気作動可能な吸入弁(もしくは吸入スロットル)(5)を備え、
磁気作動可能な前記吸入弁の電機子室が、吸入接続部(3)に対して液漏れしないようになっているか、あるいは該吸入接続部(3)と連通されており、
前記ポンプ構造の磁気作動可能な前記吸入弁を個別に制御するための制御装置が設けられ、
前記制御装置が、1つの前記高圧ポンプが機能停止した場合、他の少なくとも1つの前記高圧ポンプの磁気作動可能な前記吸入弁の開放時間を変化させることを特徴とする燃料噴射システム。 - 吐出側で高圧タンク(9)と接続可能で吸入側で燃料タンク(12)と接続可能なポンプ室と、該ポンプ室内で移動可能なピストン(2)と、前記燃料タンクに対して前記ポンプ室を遮断するための磁気作動可能な吸入弁(5)と、を備える、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射システムのための高圧ポンプ(1,10,11)において、
前記吸入弁の切替時間は、前記高圧ポンプの最長吸入時間の最大1/10、特に最大1/20となっていることを特徴とする高圧ポンプ。 - 前記吸入弁の切替時間が、最大4ミリ秒、特に最大1ミリ秒となっていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の高圧ポンプ。
- 磁気作動可能な前記吸入弁が、弾性的に閉鎖位置に付勢されており、電磁石(7)で電機子(5.2)を引き寄せることによって能動的に開放可能であることを特徴とする請求項2あるいは請求項3に記載の高圧ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射システムを用いて、内燃機関、特に船舶用ディーゼルの燃焼室に燃料を入れるための方法において、
前記高圧タンク(9)内の圧力変動を軽減するために、前記ポンプ構造の磁気作動可能な前記吸入弁(5)が個別に制御されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ポンプ構造の2つの高圧ポンプの磁気作動可能な前記吸入弁(5)が、時間的にずらされて開放および/あるいは閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ポンプ構造の高圧ポンプの磁気作動可能な前記吸入弁の開放時間が、作業周期の間で変化させられることを特徴とする請求項6あるいは請求項6に記載の方法。
- 燃料タンクと高圧ポンプとの間に設けられた輸送ポンプあるいはブースタポンプが機能停止した場合、前記ポンプ構造の少なくとも1つの高圧ポンプの磁気作動可能な前記吸入弁が能動的に開放されることを特徴とする請求項5から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
