Claims (16)

前記平坦部は、スタンピングツールによって形成されることを特徴とする
圧縮空気タンク。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮空気タンクであって、
前記パウダーコーティングが、前記圧縮空気タンクの前記内側に対して静電的に施されることを特徴とする
圧縮空気タンク。 - 請求項8に記載の圧縮空気タンクであって、
前記内側コーティングは、150°C〜250°Cの温度で乾燥させられることを特徴とする
圧縮空気タンク。 - シートブランクを折り曲げることによって筒状または円筒状の筐体が形成され、2つのアウターベースが延伸またはスタンピングによって作製されて前記筐体の端面に溶接され、少なくとも一方のアウターベースおよび/または前記筐体にはスリーブが溶接される孔が設けられ、前記圧縮空気タンクの少なくとも内側には内側コーティングが施される、実用車用、特に実用車のエアサスペンション用の圧縮空気タンクの製造方法であって、
22.1 前記筐体と前記アウターベースとの接触面が、互いに対して直角または鈍角で当接し、レーザ溶接によって溶接材料を用いずに互いに溶接されるように設計され、
22.2 前記スリーブは、レーザ溶接またはCD溶接によって前記孔に対して溶接され、
22.3 前記内側コーティングは、パウダーコーティングによって施され、
前記スリーブは、前記圧縮空気タンクとの間に前記スリーブによって形成されるバリまたは環状突出部が残るように構成される刻み目、面取り部または溝を有することを特徴とする

前記パウダーコーティング処理は、静電パウダーコーティング処理であることを特徴とする

前記圧縮空気タンクの前記内側への粉体の塗布のためにトリボランスが用いられることを特徴とする
圧縮空気タンク製造方法。 - 請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮空気タンク製造方法を実施する圧縮空気タンク製造装置であって、
25.1 前記圧縮空気タンクに挿入されるスプレーヘッドを有するランスと、
25.2 前記ランス用のアクセス開口を提供するために、前記アウターベースの前記孔に挿入される、内孔を有するボルトと、
25.3 前記アクセス開口が下方にアライメントされるように前記圧縮空気タンクを収容するためのビームと、
25.4 コーティング粉体を供給する際に、前記アクセス開口を通じて前記ランスを出し入れするための装置とを具備することを特徴とする
圧縮空気タンク製造装置。 - 請求項13に記載の圧縮空気タンク製造装置であって、
前記圧縮空気タンクの前記内側を前処理するための装置を有することを特徴とする
圧縮空気タンク製造装置。 - 請求項13または14に記載の圧縮空気タンク製造装置であって、
前記塗布された粉体を150°C〜250°Cの温度で乾燥させるための装置を有することを特徴とする
圧縮空気タンク製造装置。 - 請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮空気タンク製造装置であって、
前記ボルト内に導入される前記ランスの一部は、前記スプレーヘッドと合わせて、20mm以下の外径を有することを特徴とする
圧縮空気タンク製造装置。
