欧州特許出願公開第2573447号明細書(EP 2 573 447 A1)に開示された圧力容器は、金属性のヘッド部材、内側容器および該内側容器を取り囲む支持シェルを有する口金を備えている。金属製のヘッド部材は、スリーブ形状のネック部分と環状のフランジとを有している。このとき環状のフランジは、表面被覆層を備えていて、この表面被覆層は、環状のフランジとプラスチックから成る結合部材との間に配置されている。プラスチックから成る結合部材と内側容器の内面との間には、さらに結合層が設けられていてよい。欧州特許出願公開第2573447号明細書(EP 2 573 447 A1)にはさらに、ヘッド部材を、サンドブラスト、円錐形の投射材によるショットブラストによって、または化学的な表面処理を用いて粗面化できることが記載されている。
・接続エレメントを、開放された収容位置にある複数部分から成るブロー成形型であって、閉鎖された位置において成形キャビティを形成するブロー成形型内に装入するステップ;
・収容位置にあるブロー成形型内にチューブ形状のプリフォームを押し出して、接続エレメントをチューブ形状のプリフォームによって取り囲むステップ;
・ブロー成形型を閉鎖し、プリフォームを、ブロー成形型を用いて接続エレメントの外面に圧着させるステップ;
・内側容器に対する差圧を使用することによって、閉鎖されたブロー成形型の成形キャビティ内においてプリフォームを成形するステップ;
・ブロー成形型を開放して、該ブロー成形型から内側容器を取り出すステップ;
・内側容器を支持シェルによって取り囲むステップ;および
・ブロー成形型内への接続エレメントの装入前に、該接続エレメントの外面を粗面化し、これによって接続エレメントの外面が少なくとも部分的に50μmの平均粗さを有するようにするステップを有する。

Claims (7)
- 接続エレメント(10)、内側容器(30)および、該内側容器(30)を取り囲む支持シェル(40)を有する圧力容器(1)であって、当該圧力容器(1)は以下の特徴、すなわち:
・前記接続エレメント(10)は、スリーブ形状のネック部分(11)と肩部分(13)を有しており;
・前記接続エレメント(10)は、その外面(16)を介して、前記内側容器(30)の内面(31)に結合されており;
・前記内側容器(30)は、該内側容器(30)が少なくとも部分的に前記接続エレメント(10)と前記支持シェル(40)との間においてサンドイッチ状に配置されているように、前記支持シェル(40)に結合されており;かつ
・当該圧力容器(1)は、前記接続エレメント(10)の前記ネック部分(11)によって画定されている少なくとも1つの開口(2)を有している
という特徴を有する圧力容器(1)において、
前記接続エレメント(10)の、前記内側容器(30)に向けられた前記外面(16)は、少なくとも部分的に、50μmを超える平均粗さを有しており、
前記接続エレメント(10)の前記外面(16)は、少なくとも部分的に、熱可塑性プラスチックから成る被覆層(20)を備えており、
前記接続エレメント(10)の前記ネック部分(11)の前記外面(16)は、前記ネック部分(11)の周方向に延びる少なくとも1つの環状溝(12)を有しており、
前記被覆層(20)は、前記接続エレメント(10)の前記ネック部分(11)の前記外面(16)全体を、連続的に覆っていて、前記少なくとも1つの環状溝(12)を埋めていることを特徴とする、圧力容器(1)。 - 前記接続エレメント(10)の前記肩部分(13)の前記外面(16)は、前記接続エレメント(10)の半径方向の延在成分を有する少なくとも1つの半径方向溝(14)を有している、請求項1記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 前記被覆層(20)は、前記接続エレメント(10)の前記肩部分(13)の前記外面(16)全体を連続的に覆っていて、かつ前記少なくとも1つの半径方向溝(14)を埋めている、請求項2記載の圧力容器(1)。
- 接続エレメント(10)、内側容器(30)および、該内側容器(30)を取り囲む支持シェル(40)を有する圧力容器(1)を製造する方法であって、当該方法は以下の方法ステップ、すなわち:
・前記接続エレメント(10)を、開放された収容位置にある複数部分から成るブロー成形型であって、閉鎖された位置では成形キャビティを形成するブロー成形型内に装入するステップ;
・前記収容位置にある前記ブロー成形型内にチューブ形状のプリフォームを押し出して、前記接続エレメントを前記チューブ形状のプリフォームによって取り囲むステップ;
・前記ブロー成形型を閉鎖し、前記プリフォームを、前記ブロー成形型を用いて前記接続エレメント(10)の外面(16)に圧着させるステップ;
・前記内側容器(30)に対する差圧を使用することによって、閉鎖された前記ブロー成形型の前記成形キャビティ内において前記プリフォームを成形するステップ;
・前記ブロー成形型を開放して、該ブロー成形型から前記内側容器(30)を取り出すステップ;および
・前記内側容器(30)を前記支持シェル(40)によって取り囲むステップ、
・前記ブロー成形型内への前記接続エレメント(10)の装入前に、該接続エレメント(10)の外面(16)を粗面化するステップ、
を有する方法において、
前記接続エレメント(10)の前記外面(16)の前記粗面化を、選択的レーザ溶融を用いた前記接続エレメント(10)の前記外面(16)への材料層の被着によって行うことを特徴とする、圧力容器(1)を製造する方法。 - 前記接続エレメント(10)の前記外面(16)の前記粗面化を、前記接続エレメント(10)の前記外面(16)への研磨性の投射材の投射によって行う、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記接続エレメント(10)の粗面化の後でかつ前記ブロー成形型内への装入前に、前記接続エレメント(10)の前記外面(16)を、熱可塑性プラスチックから成る被覆層(20)によって被覆する、請求項4から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 以下の方法ステップを用いて:すなわち、
・前記接続エレメント(10)の前記外面(16)に向けられたプラズマジェットを発生させるステップ;
・前記被覆層(20)を形成する前記熱可塑性プラスチックと粉末として存在するプラスチックとをプラズマジェット内に供給するステップ;および
・前記プラズマジェットおよび/または前記接続エレメント(10)相互を相対的に移動させて、前記プラズマジェットを前記接続エレメント(10)の前記外面(16)全体にわたって移動させるステップを用いて、
前記被覆層(20)を前記接続エレメント(10)の前記外面(16)に被着させる、請求項6記載の方法。
