Claims (6)
- 外周面の形状が緩やかな凸状曲面であるプレートと、該プレートを骨に埋入されているインプラントの一端部に形成された開口部に結合固定するための結合部材とからなるインプラント用骨誘導再生補助具であって、
前記プレートは、前記結合部材の一端側に接続されており、該プレートは、径方向の外端円の一部または全部が前記インプラントの外周面よりも径方向外側に突出するように、かつ、該プレートの外径が、該インプラントと顎骨の歯槽骨の周面に囲まれる空間である抜歯孔の開口部の内径よりも小さくなるように形成されており、
前記結合部材が、前記インプラントの一端部に形成された開口部に螺合固定された状態で、前記プレートが、前記抜歯孔の開口部に、該プレートにより塞がれておらず、外部から骨補填材を填入可能な隙間部分を形成しつつ、該抜歯孔の開口部の一部を塞ぐことが可能となっている、インプラント用骨誘導再生補助具。 - 前記プレートが、前記結合部材と一体に形成されている、請求項1に記載するインプラント用骨誘導再生補助具。
- 前記プレートが、前記結合部材とは別体に設けられる、請求項1に記載するインプラント用骨誘導再生補助具。
- 前記プレートは、前記結合部材の一端側に接続される平板部をさらに備え、該平板部の径方向外端面から、該平板部の径方向外方に突出する状態で設けられている曲面板部の外周面が、前記凸状曲面の形状を有する、請求項3に記載するインプラント用骨誘導再生補助具。
- 前記プレートに、該プレートを貫通する通孔が設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載したインプラント用骨誘導再生補助具。
- 前記インプラントが人工歯根である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載したインプラント用骨誘導再生補助具。
