Description
また、図6乃至図7に示すように、、蛇腹管継ぎ手1の結合部11と蛇腹管2の一端部25とが螺合する場合にも、山21及び/または谷23の少なくとも一部に溶加材3が充填され、結合部11と蛇腹管2の一端部25とが溶接されてもよい。
Claims (13)
- 外面または内面に止め段部が形成された蛇腹管継ぎ手と、
山と谷が形成された一端部が前記止め段部に当たって止まるように前記蛇腹管継ぎ手の少なくとも一部に挿入され、溶加材によって前記一端部が前記蛇腹管継ぎ手に溶接される蛇腹管と、を備え、
前記蛇腹管は、オーステナイト系ステンレススチールから形成され、
前記蛇腹管継ぎ手は、炭素鋼から形成され、
前記溶加材は、65〜75%のNiと、13〜20%のCrと、2.75〜4.75%のBとを含み、
前記蛇腹管継ぎ手と前記蛇腹管との溶接は、熱処理工程と同時に、1050℃乃至1150℃の炉中で行われる、蛇腹管継ぎ手付きの蛇腹管。 - 前記蛇腹管継ぎ手は、
胴部と、
前記胴部に比べて小さい肉厚を有し、前記蛇腹管の一端部が挿入されて溶接される結合部と、
を備えて構成され、
前記止め段部は、前記胴部と前記結合部との間に形成される段差部である、請求項1に記載の蛇腹管継ぎ手付きの蛇腹管。 - 前記蛇腹管は、少なくとも前記段差部と前記蛇腹管の先端面とが前記溶加材によって溶接された、請求項2に記載の蛇腹管継ぎ手付きの蛇腹管。
- 前記蛇腹管は、前記山と谷のうち少なくとも一部が前記溶加材によって前記結合部と溶接された、請求項2に記載の蛇腹管継ぎ手付きの蛇腹管。
- 前記蛇腹管は、前記結合部に挿入された前記蛇腹管の一端部における谷の少なくとも一部に、前記溶加材が充填されて溶接された、請求項4に記載の蛇腹管継ぎ手付きの蛇腹管。
- 前記蛇腹管は、らせん状の山と谷が形成された、請求項2に記載の蛇腹管継ぎ手付きの蛇腹管。
- 前記結合部の外面または内面と、前記結合部に挿入された前記蛇腹管の一端部の内面または外面とがそれぞれ対応して接する、請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の蛇腹管継ぎ手付きの蛇腹管。
- 前記蛇腹管にはらせん状の山と谷が形成され、
前記結合部は、前記蛇腹管の前記山と谷に対応するらせん状の山と谷が形成され、
前記蛇腹管が前記結合部に螺合する、請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の蛇腹管継ぎ手付きの蛇腹管。 - 山と谷が形成された蛇腹管の一端部と、前記蛇腹管の一端部が挿入される蛇腹管継ぎ手の結合部のうち少なくとも一方に溶加材を塗布する溶加材塗布段階と、
前記蛇腹管の一端部を前記蛇腹管継ぎ手に形成された止め段部に当たって止まるよに前記蛇腹管継ぎ手の結合部に挿入する蛇腹管挿入段階と、
前記蛇腹管継ぎ手に挿入された前記蛇腹管の少なくとも一部を加熱し、前記溶加材により前記蛇腹管の一端部と前記蛇腹管継ぎ手とが溶接されるようにする蛇腹管溶接段階と、
を有し、
前記蛇腹管は、オーステナイト系ステンレススチールから形成され、
前記蛇腹管継ぎ手は、炭素鋼から形成され、
前記溶加材は、65〜75%のNiと、13〜20%のCrと、2.75〜4.75%のBとを含み、
前記蛇腹管溶接段階は、1050℃乃至1150℃の炉中で行われ、溶接工程及び熱処理工程が同時に行われる、蛇腹管継ぎ手と蛇腹管との結合方法。 - 前記蛇腹管挿入段階は、
らせん状の山と谷が形成された前記蛇腹管が、前記蛇腹管の前記山と谷に対応するらせん状の山と谷が形成された前記結合部に螺合しつつ挿入される、請求項9に記載の蛇腹管継ぎ手と蛇腹管との結合方法。 - 前記蛇腹管溶接段階は、少なくとも前記止め段部と前記蛇腹管の先端面が前記溶加材により溶接される、請求項9に記載の蛇腹管継ぎ手と蛇腹管との結合方法。
- 前記蛇腹管溶接段階は、
前記結合部と、前記結合部に挿入された前記蛇腹管の一端部における山と谷のうち少なくとも一部とが、前記溶加材により溶接される、請求項9乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の蛇腹管継ぎ手と蛇腹管との結合方法。 - 前記蛇腹管溶接段階は、
前記結合部に挿入された前記蛇腹管の一端部における谷の少なくとも一部に前記溶加材が充填されて溶接される、請求項9乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の蛇腹管継ぎ手と蛇腹管との結合方法。
