Description
膜1では、水とエタノールとの混合流体から水を分子ふるい作用により分離するのに適した細孔径になっており、分離係数αが高くなると考えられる。
.868〜0.913の範囲であるため、水とエタノールとを分離する際の分離係数αの高い炭素膜1を有する炭素膜複合体Aが得られる。特に、R値が0.891〜0.913を満足する場合には、水とエタノールを分離する際の分離係数αが高く、透過速度Qも速い炭素膜1を有する炭素膜複合体Aを得ることができる。

Claims (7)
- 多孔質基体の表面に炭素膜を有する炭素膜複合体であって、前記炭素膜のラマンスペクトルから計算されるR値(Dバンドのピーク強度/Gバンドのピーク強度)が0.868〜0.913の範囲であることを特徴とする炭素膜複合体。
- 前記R値が、0.891〜0.913であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭素膜複合体。
- 前記炭素膜が非晶質構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の炭素膜複合体。
- 水とエタノールとを分離することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちいずれかに記載の炭素膜複合体。
- 多孔質基体の表面に炭素膜前駆体溶液を塗布した後、非酸化性雰囲気または真空下において、10〜50℃/分の速度で昇温し、800〜900℃の最高温度で熱処理することにより、請求項1記載の炭素膜複合体を得ることを特徴とする炭素膜複合体の製造方法。
- 前記炭素膜前駆体溶液が、フェノール樹脂を溶解した溶液であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の炭素膜複合体の製造方法。
- 収納容器内に請求項1乃至4のうちいずれかに記載の炭素膜複合体を収納し、前記収納容器内に、前記炭素膜複合体の前記炭素膜側に2種以上の気体または2種以上の液体を含有する混合流体が導入される混合流体導入室と、該混合流体導入室の混合流体のうち分子直径の小さい前記気体または前記液体が前記炭素膜を透過し、前記多孔質基体側に導出される流体分離室とを備えることを特徴とする分離膜モジュール。
