Description
Claims (1)
- 複数の基本色と、1つまたは複数の補助色とを有する印刷機により受像部に印刷される像の印刷品質を改善する方法であって、
基本色と補助色を有する印刷機を準備するステップと、
印刷機の用いられるそれぞれ基本色と補助色からなる1セットのカラーパッチを印刷するステップと、
前記セット内のそれぞれのカラーパッチの粒状性を測定するステップと、
それぞれの補助色に、総量が負値になる基本色をマッピングするステップと、
ゼロまたはそれ以上の基本色の第1の選択された総量が各補助色の第2の選択された総量に置換され、ゼロまたはそれ以上の基本色と各補助色の組合せの粒状性が、選択される粒状欠陥許容レベル以下である有効置換空間であって、測定された色と粒状性領域に用いられる各1つの補助色に対しそれぞれの有効置換空間を選択するステップと、
補助色がない第1の色と補助色がある第1の色との間における有色粒状欠陥は、選択された色整合精度を備えるため、補助色の総量に対するゼロまたはそれ以上の基本色の総量を、有効置換空間内においてマッピングされる置換曲線であって、対応する有効置換空間に用いられる各補助色に対する各セットの置換曲線を導出するステップと、
像を受像するステップと、
導出された置換曲線を用いて選択された許容レベル以下の粒状性で受像部に像を印刷するステップと、
を有する方法。
