Description
1.中央管の周りの開放環状間隙に対して僅かに突出する中央管

a.別々に穿孔されるか又はエッチングされる。
b.多孔性フィルタ体として構成されている。
3.基準ガス導管に挿入される環状膜に囲まれて突出する中央管
4.最も高い位置の中心に形成された測定ガス吸込口と、多少「より奥まった位置に設けられた」環状間隙とを含む半球状又は半楕円状体であり、前記環状間隙は、ここでも、開口、個別の孔又は膜によって形成され得る。
Claims (5)
- 真空ポンプ装置を含む基部と、吸込み先端部を含みホースを介して前記基部に接続されているハンドピースと、測定ガスを吸い込むための測定ガス吸込口と、基準ガスを吸い込むための基準ガス吸込口と、測定ガス及び基準ガスの濃度を判定するためのガス分析器とを備えている基準測定法に基づく吸込み式漏れ検出器において、
前記吸込み先端部に設けられた測定ガス吸込口及び基準ガス吸込口は、互いに略平行に配置されており、
前記基準ガス吸込口は、
前記測定ガス吸込口の周りに配置されている、及び/又は
前記測定ガス吸込口を囲む環を構成する複数の通路口を含んでいることを特徴とする吸込み式漏れ検出器。 - 前記吸込み先端部は、耐摩耗性弾性材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸込み式漏れ検出器。
- 前記吸込み先端部は、前記測定ガス吸込口及び基準ガス吸込口が配置されている丸みを帯びたドームを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の吸込み式漏れ検出器。
- 前記測定ガス吸込口と前記基準ガス吸込口とを前記ガス分析器に交互に接続するための切換バルブが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の吸込み式漏れ検出器。
- 前記切換バルブは、該切換バルブの切換と同期させて前記ガス分析器の信号を処理するロックインユニットによって制御されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の吸込み式漏れ検出器。
