Description
可燃性、爆発性、有毒性、腐食性、放射能性又は化学汚染性を有する危険化学物質、特に沸点が低い、より危険な気体又は液体が漏れた場合において、救済が行われている間に本発明に係る救済装置を使用することができる。危険化学物質は、オキシ塩化リン、ガソリン、臭素、液体アンモニア、液体塩素、液体硫化水素、シアン化水素酸、イソシアン酸メチル、エチレンオキシド、天然ガス、液化石油ガス、アルコール、クロロホルム等を含むが、これらに限定されない。
Claims (10)
- 危険化学物質の漏れを処理する救済装置において、
密閉された負圧室、及び、外部の危険化学物質を内部に導入するための吸気口を有する第1容器と、
該第1容器内に設置及び固定され、実質的に無害な液化ガスを収容し、外部環境に通じる開閉可能な開口を有する第2容器と
を備えることを特徴とする救済装置。 - 前記外部の危険化学物質を前記第1容器に導入するための前記吸気口は、耐圧性及び耐食性を有する材料で作られており、危険化学物質が漏れている保管容器に密封接続又は実質的に密封接続するように配置されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の救済装置。 - 前記第1容器及び第2容器は硬くて耐圧性がある容器であること
を特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の救済装置。 - 前記第2容器は円筒状、球状又は蛇管状であること
を特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の救済装置。 - 前記第2容器は、前記第1容器に直接接触せず、前記外部の危険化学物質を前記第1容器に導入するための前記第1容器の前記吸気口の近くにあること
を特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の救済装置。 - 前記実質的に無害な液化ガスは液体二酸化炭素であること
を特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の救済装置。 - 前記開口は手動式通気弁であること
を特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の救済装置。 - 前記開口は自動式通気弁であること
を特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の救済装置。 - 前記第1容器は圧力センサを有し、
前記自動式通気弁は、前記圧力センサが所定値よりも低い前記第1容器における圧力の変化率を検出した場合に、自動的に開くように制御されること
を特徴とする請求項8に記載の救済装置。 - 危険化学物質の漏れを処理する救済方法において、
(1)密閉された負圧室、及び、外部の危険化学物質を内部に導入するための吸気口を有する第1容器と、前記第1容器内に設置及び固定され、実質的に無害な液化ガスを収容し、外部環境に通じる開閉可能な開口を有する第2容器とを備える救済装置を設け、
(2)前記外部の危険化学物質を前記第1容器に導入するための前記吸気口を、危険化学物質が漏れている保管容器に、漏れていない危険化学物質を前記救済装置に導入するように接続し、
(3)前記第1容器内の温度及び圧力が下がり、漏れていない、より多くの危険化学物質が前記救済装置の中に導入されるように、前記第2容器の開口を開けて前記第2容器内の前記実質的に無害な液化ガスを放出すること
を特徴とする救済方法。
