Claims (2)
- カムシャフトと、回転するカムシャフトの第1カムによる押圧力と第1の付勢手段による閉弁方向の付勢力によってエンジンバルブを開閉動作させるロッカアームと、前記第1カムとロッカアームとの間に設けられて、前記エンジンバルブのリフト量を変更させるリフト量変更機構と、を有する連続可変バルブリフト装置において、
前記リフト量変更機構が、
シャフト本体と、シャフト本体に一体化された偏心円カムを有し、かつ回動可能に構成されたコントロールシャフトと、
前記カムシャフトの第1カムに接触するカム接触部を一端に有し、第1アームを他端に有し、かつ中央部を前記偏心円カムの周りに揺動可能に支持される、コントロールアームと、
前記カム接触部を第1カムに付勢する第2の付勢手段と、
第2アームを一端に有し、前記ロッカアームに接触する自由曲面形状の第2カム部を他端に有し、かつ中央部を前記シャフト本体の周りに揺動可能に支持され、前記第2カム部の曲面形状に基づいてエンジンバルブを上下動させるカム部材と、
前記第1アームと第2アームによってそれぞれ両端を揺動可能に支持されるリンクアームと、
を有することを特徴とする、連続可変バルブリフト装置。 - 前記リンクアームが長さ調節可能に形成されることにより、エンジンバルブのリフト量修正機構を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の連続可変バルブリフト装置。
