Abstract
캠 샤프트의 캠에 의해 엔진의 밸브를 개폐 동작시키는 로커 암과, 엔진 밸브의 리프트량 변경 기구를 가지는 연속 가변 밸브 리프트 장치에 있어서, 리프트량 변경 기구가, 편심원 캠을 가지는 컨트롤 샤프트와, 제1 캠에 접촉하는 캠 접촉부 및 제1 암을 가지고, 편심원 캠의 둘레를 요동하는 컨트롤 암과, 캠 접촉부를 제1 캠에 가압하는 제2 가압 수단과, 제2 암 및 로커 암에 접촉하는 자유곡면 형상의 제2 캠부를 가지고, 샤프트 본체의 둘레에 회동 가능하게 지지되는 캠 부재와, 제1 암과 제2 암에 의해 양단이 회동 가능하게 지지되는 링크 암을 가지도록 했다.

Claims (2)
- 캠 샤프트와, 회전하는 캠 샤프트의 제1 캠에 의한 압압력과 제1 가압 수단에 의한 밸브 폐쇄 방향의 가압력에 의해 엔진 밸브를 개폐 동작시키는 로커 암과, 상기 제1 캠과 로커 암 사이에 설치되어, 상기 엔진 밸브의 리프트량을 변경시키는 리프트량 변경 기구를 가지는 연속 가변 밸브 리프트 장치에 있어서,
상기 리프트량 변경 기구가,
샤프트 본체와, 샤프트 본체에 일체화된 편심원 캠을 가지고, 또한 회동 가능하게 구성된 컨트롤 샤프트와,
상기 캠 샤프트의 제1 캠에 접촉하는 캠 접촉부를 일단에 가지고, 제1 암을 타단에 가지고, 또한 중앙부가 상기 편심원 캠의 둘레에 요동 가능하게 지지되는 컨트롤 암과,
상기 캠 접촉부를 제1 캠에 가압하는 제2 가압 수단과,
제2 암을 일단에 가지고, 상기 로커 암에 접촉하는 자유곡면 형상의 제2 캠부를 타단에 가지고, 또한 중앙부가 상기 샤프트 본체의 둘레에 요동 가능하게 지지되고, 상기 제2 캠부의 곡면 형상에 기초하여 엔진 밸브를 상하동시키는 캠 부재와,
상기 제1 암과 제2 암에 의해 각각 양단이 요동 가능하게 지지되는 링크 암을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 가변 밸브 리프트 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 링크 암이 길이 조절 가능하게 형성됨으로써, 엔진 밸브의 리프트량 수정 기구를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 가변 밸브 리프트 장치.
