Description
おり、液体LPGのヒータユニット内部への侵入は阻止しながら、ヒータユニット内部にLPGガスが侵入して内部圧力が外部圧力よりも所定レベル以上高くなった場合に、チェックバルブが開弁して内外圧力差を減少させることを特徴とする。
LPGガスの透過率が上昇することから、シール部材17を介してヒータユニット10の内部にLPGガスが侵入して内部圧力が上昇することになり結果電極板12,13の中央部を外側に広げ、PTCセル11表面との間に隙間を形成して接触不良を生じるという問題があった。
Claims (4)
- 2枚の電極板の間にPTCセルを挟んで外周側をシール部材で封止してなるヒータユニットを内蔵したLPG加熱装置において、前記ヒータユニットの少なくとも一方の電極板に前記ヒータユニット内部と外部を連通させる連通孔が穿設されているとともに、該連通孔で内側から外側への流れのみを許容するチェックバルブが配設されており、液体LPGの前記ヒータユニット内部への侵入は阻止しながら、前記ヒータユニット内部にLPGガスが侵入して内部圧力が外部圧力よりも所定レベル以上高くなった場合に、前記チェックバルブが開弁して内外圧力差を減少させることを特徴とするLPG加熱装置。
- 前記チェックバルブは弾性材からなる傘弁であって、外部に露出した傘の下で前記連通孔が開口している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したLPG加熱装置。
- 前記ヒータユニットは複数枚並列して内蔵されており、対向する前記ヒータユニットの電極板間に、少なくとも1個のコイルばねが両端側を前記両電極板の外面に当接しながら圧縮状態で挟装されており、前記電極板内面と前記PTCセル表面とが密着する方向に各々付勢している、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載したLPG加熱装置。
- 前記コイルばねは、前記電極板の前記チェックバルブを配設した部分の周りを囲んで当接するように複数個配設されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載したLPG加熱装置。
