Description
続いて、波形座金35が第一端部遮へい41の凹部に納まるように置かれる。軸受29は軸25に機械加工された肩に接触するまで押し込まれる。この操作の間中、軸受は凹部の中へ押し込まれ、波形座金35の一部を押圧する。この操作が完了すると、軸受27は軸25の対向端部に押し付けることができる。第二端部遮へい43は固定子23とケース45とに取り付けられ、そして一体に組み立てられモータが完成する。

・モータに使用される軸受のコストが低減される
Claims (8)
- 第1の端部およびその反対側の第2の端部とを有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの中に配置された固定子と、
ハウジングの第1の端部に配設された少なくとも1つの主軸受とハウジングの第2の端部に配設された第2の軸受を介して前記ハウジングにより支持された回転軸と、
前記ハウジングの中で第2の軸受と固定子の間で前記回転軸に固定された1個の回転子であって、前記回転子と前記固定子との間の磁気引力が前記主軸受に軸スラストを発生している回転子と、
第2軸受と固定子の間に配設されたばねであって、前記主軸受における荷重を低減するために、前記軸スラストの方向と反対の主軸受から離反する方向に前記回転軸および第2の軸受けを付勢するばねと、
を具備する片側に軸方向磁束を有する電気機械。 - 前記ばねが波形座金を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の電気機械。
- 前記ハウジングの第2端部が回転子に隣接する端部遮へいを含んでいて、前記第二軸受が前記端部遮へい内で前記回転軸に固定されており、前記ばねは前記端部遮へいの外表面と第二軸受との間に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の電気機械。
- 前記第二軸受は前記回転軸にぴったりと固定されていて、そして前記端部遮へいに滑動可能に支持されている、請求項3に記載の電気機械。
- 前記端部遮へいが前記回転軸の周囲に凹部を含んでいて、前記第二軸受及びばねが前記凹部の中に配置されている、請求項3又は4に記載の電気機械。
- 前記ばねが、前記回転子と前記固定子との間の磁気引力による軸スラストを弱めていて、主軸受における荷重が前記第二軸受における荷重と等しくなっている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気機械。
- 前記電気機械が、前記回転子に固定された複数の磁石を有している永久磁石モータである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気機械。
- 第1の端部および第2の端部を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの中に配置されハウジングの第1の端部に結合された固定子と、
回転軸であって、ハウジングの第1の端部を通ってハウジング内に延伸し、ハウジング内に位置せしめられる第1の端部とハウジングの外部に位置せしめられる反対側の第2の端部を有する回転軸と、
軸に結合されている主軸受であって、ハウジングの第1の端部に支持されている主軸受と、
軸に結合されている第2の軸受であって、ハウジングに支持されている第2の軸受と、
前記ハウジングの中で第2の軸受と固定子の間で前記回転軸に固定された1個の回転子であって、前記回転子と前記固定子との間の磁気引力が前記主軸受に軸スラストを発生している回転子と、
ハウジングの第2の端部と回転軸の第1の端部の間に配設されたばねであって、前記主軸受にかかる荷重を低減するために、前記軸スラストの方向と反対のハウジングの第2の端部に向かう方向に前記回転軸および第2の軸受けを付勢するばねと、
を具備する片側に軸方向磁束を有する電気機械。
