Claims (8)
- 帯状板を螺旋状に巻回して形成した螺管の外周面を、細線を互いに交差させて網目状に編成した筒状のネットで被覆し、該ネットの外周面を樹脂製の外皮で被覆した内視鏡用可撓管において、
前記筒状のネットの表裏面を樹脂製の内筒と樹脂製の外筒とで挟み込んで3層筒状体を形成すると共に、該3層筒状体の軸線方向両端部において、前記ネットと前記内筒と前記外筒とを固着して、前記内筒、ネット、及び外筒を一体化し、一体化した3層筒状体の前記外筒と前記外皮とを接合して成ることを特徴とする内視鏡用可撓管。 - 前記3層筒状体の軸線方向両端部以外の領域において、前記ネットの網目開口部を介して前記内筒と前記外筒とを接合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
- 前記内筒、ネット、及び外筒を一体化した前記3層筒状体を前記螺管に被覆し、前記3層筒状体の前記外筒と前記外皮とを接合して成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
- 前記3層筒状体のネットは、軸線方向において断面波型形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1に記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
- 前記内筒と前記外筒とは、摺動性及び耐磨耗性を有する樹脂で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1に記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
- 前記ネットの細線に滑り剤がコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1に記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
- 前記細線は、金属繊維と、滑り性を有する樹脂繊維とが混紡した繊維束であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1に記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
- 前記滑り性を有する樹脂繊維はアラミド繊維であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
