Description
Claims (7)
- バルーンカテーテルに用いられるバルーンの製造方法であって、
管状のバルーン素材(16)を金型(14)内に配置する工程と、
前記金型(14)を透過し且つ前記バルーン素材(16)に吸収される波長のレーザを前記金型(14)内に配置したバルーン素材(16)に照射しながら、前記バルーン素材(16)に内圧を付与することにより、前記バルーン素材(16)を所望の形状のバルーン(10)に成型する工程と、
を有し、
前記金型(14)は、透明又は半透明であることを特徴とするバルーンの製造方法。 - 請求項1記載のバルーンの製造方法において、
前記バルーン(10)の成型部位に応じて、前記レーザの出力又は前記内圧を変化させることを特徴とするバルーンの製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のバルーンの製造方法において、
前記バルーン(10)に成型する工程では、前記レーザを、前記バルーン素材(16)の軸心に交差する方向に照射しながら、前記バルーン素材(16)の軸方向に沿って走査させることを特徴とするバルーンの製造方法。 - 請求項3記載のバルーンの製造方法において、
前記レーザの照射源(18a、18b、18c)を、前記金型(14)内に配置される前記バルーン素材(16)の軸心を中心として、放射方向に1以上配置し、各照射源(18a、18b、18c)を前記バルーン素材(16)の軸方向に沿って移動させることを特徴とするバルーンの製造方法。 - 請求項1記載のバルーンの製造方法において、
前記レーザとして、CO2レーザ、エルビウムYAGレーザ、COレーザ、ネオジウムYAGレーザ又は半導体レーザを用いることを特徴とするバルーンの製造方法。 - 請求項1記載のバルーンの製造方法において、
前記金型(14)は、酸化マグネシウム又は単結晶サファイア又はセレン化亜鉛を含むことを特徴とするバルーンの製造方法。 - 請求項1記載のバルーンの製造方法において、
前記バルーン(10)に成型する工程では、前記バルーン素材(16)を軸方向に延伸させることを特徴とするバルーンの製造方法。
