Claims (6)
- 内側容器材と外側容器材を所定間隔の空間層を介して組付けるとともに、当該空間層に断熱部材を設けた容器部を備える保温容器であって、内側容器材と外側容器材間の空間層に、所定の厚さを有する弾性樹脂シートの少なくとも片面に鏡面層を設けるとともに、外郭形状を前記容器部の開口縁部に対して相似状に形成し、かつ前記容器部の凹部における凹底部に対応する中心側部位から放射方向に複数の切込部を所定間隔おきに形成した遮熱シートを収容してなることを特徴とする保温容器。
- 前記弾性樹脂シートの形成素材には、ポリエステル樹脂素材又はポリイミド樹脂素材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の保温容器。
- 前記鏡面層は、アルミニウム蒸着により形成することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の保温容器。
- 前記空間層は、空気層であることを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3記載の保温容器。
- 前記容器部には、被収容物を収容する容器本体部と当該容器本体部を覆う蓋部の一方又は双方を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の保温容器。
- 内側容器材と外側容器材を所定間隔の空間層を介して組付けるとともに、前記空間層に断熱部材を設ける保温容器の製造方法であって、予め、所定の厚さを有する弾性樹脂シートの少なくとも片面に鏡面層を設けるとともに、外郭形状を前記容器部の開口縁部に対して相似状に形成し、かつ前記容器部の凹部における凹底部に対応する中心側部位から放射方向に複数の切込部を所定間隔おきに形成した遮熱シートを用意し、内側容器材と外側容器材を組付ける際に、前記内側容器材と前記外側容器材間の空間層に前記遮熱シートを収容し、この後、前記内側容器材と前記外側容器材を接合することを特徴とする保温容器の製造方法。
