Description
ここでMは交換可能なカチオンを表し、アルカリ及びアルカリ土類金属で構成される群から選択される。Mカチオンの具体例は、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、セシウム、ストロンチウム、カルシウム、マグネシウム、バリウム及びそれらの混合物などである。この内カリウムが好ましい。M対(Al+E)のモル比である“m”の値は、0〜0.50の範囲で変化し、Rは、第4級アンモニウムカチオン、プロトン化アミン、プロトン化ジアミン、プロトン化アルカノールアミン、ジ第4級アンモニウムカチオン、4級化アルカノールアンモニウムカチオン及びそれらの混合物で構成される群から選択される少なくとも1つの有機アンモニウムカチオンであって、R対(Al+E)のモル比である“r”の値は、0.51〜3.0の範囲で変化し、Mの加重平均原子価である“n”の値は、+1〜+2の範囲で変化し、有機カチオンの加重平均原子価である“p”の値は、+1〜+2の値を有しており、Eは、前記フレームワーク内に存在していて、ガリウム、鉄、ホウ素、クロミウム、インジウム及びそれらの混合物で構成される群から選択される元素であって、Eのモル分率である“x”の値は、0〜1.0の範囲で変化し、Si対(Al+E)の比率は、5.5より大きい値から9までの範囲で変化する“y”によって表され、またO対(Al+E)のモル比は“z”で表され、次の式によって示される値を有している。
Mが1つのみの金属である場合、加重平均原子価は前記1つの金属の原子価、つまり+1価あるいは+2価である。しかし、2つ以上のM金属が存在した場合、総量は、次式で示される。
そして加重平均原子価“n”は次の式によって表される。
そして加重平均原子価“p”は次の式で表される。
式中において、“a”は、0〜1.25の範囲の値を有し、“b”は、2〜120の範囲の値を有し、“d”は、8〜60の範囲の値を有し、“c”は、0〜1.0の範囲の値を有し、そして“e”は、40〜9,000の範囲の値を有し、また“n”及び“p”については前述のとおりである。前記反応混合物は、自生圧力下の密閉した反応容器内で、80℃〜200℃の温度、好ましくは125℃〜175℃の温度で、1〜40日、好ましくは2〜10日間といった条件を含む反応条件下で反応させられる。結晶化が完了した後、固体生成物はろ過あるいは遠心分離などの手段によって不均一混合物より分離され、脱イオン水によって洗浄された後、最大100℃までの大気温度下で乾燥させられる。
式中において、R、x、y及びEは前述したとおりであり、“m’”は0〜3.5の範囲の値を有し、“M’”は、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、希土類金属(例えばランタン、セリウム等)、水素イオン、アンモニウムイオン及びそれらの混合物で構成される群から選択されるカチオンである。“n’”は、“M’”の加重平均原子価であって、1〜3の範囲で変化する。“r’”は0〜3.5の範囲の値を有し、r'+m'>0であり、また“p”はRの加重平均原子価であって、+1〜+2の範囲で変化する。“z’”の値は、次の式によって表される。
ここで、nはAの原子価であって、AはNH4 +、H+、Mg2+、Li+、Na+、Ba2+、Cd2+、Cu+、Cu2+、Ca2+、Cs+、Fe2+、Ca2+、Pb2+、Mn2+、Rb+、Ag+、Sr2+、Tl+、及びZn2+から成る群より選択されるカチオンである。アンモニウムフルオロシリケートは、その水への実質的溶解性のため、そしてゼオライトと反応して水溶性の副生塩、つまり(NH4)3AlF6を形成するため最も好適である。

ここでM1は、アルカリ、アルカリ土類金属、希土類金属、アンモニウムイオン、水素イオン及びそれらの混合物から成る群より選択される少なくとも1つの交換性カチオンであり、aはM1対(Al+E)のモル比であって0.01〜50の範囲で変化し、nはM1の加重平均原子価であって+1〜+3の値を有し、Eは、ガリウム、鉄、ホウ素、クロミウム、インジウム及びそれらの混合物から成る群より選択される元素であり、xはEのモル分率であって0〜1.0の範囲で変化し、y’はSi対(Al+E)のモル比であって5.75よりも大きい値からほぼ純粋なシリカまでの範囲で変化し、そしてz”はO対(Al+E)のモル比であって、次の式によって定められる値を有する。
ほぼ純粋なシリカとは、殆ど全てのアルミニウム及び/又はE金属がフレームワークより除去されたということを意味する。全てのアルミニウム及び/又はE金属を除去するのは事実上不可能であることはよく知られている。数に関して、y’が少なくとも3,000、好ましくは10,000そして最も好ましくは20,000の値を有している場合、ゼオライトはほぼ純粋なシリカである。従ってy’の値の範囲は、5.75から3,000までの範囲、好ましくは10より大きい値から3,000までの範囲、5.75から10,000までの範囲、好ましくは10より大きい値から10,000までの範囲、そして5.75から20,000までの範囲、好ましくは10より大きい値から20,000までの範囲である。
Claims (6)
- 少なくともAlO2及びSiO2の4面体単位の3次元構造を有し、合成時の状態及び無水換算で元素のモル比で示すと次の式で表される組成を有する微孔結晶性ゼオライトであって、
ここで、Mはアルカリ及びアルカリ土類金属で構成される群から選択される少なくとも1つの交換性カチオンであり、“m”はMの(Al+E)に対するモル比であって0から0.50まで変化し、Rは第4級アンモニウムカチオン、プロトン化アミン、プロトン化ジアミン、プロトン化アルカノールアミン、ジ第4級アンモニウムカチオン、4級化アルカノールアンモニウムカチオン及びそれらの混合物から構成される群より選択される少なくとも1つの有機カチオンであって、“r”はRの(Al+E)に対するモル比であって0.51から3.0までの値を有し、EはFe、In、Cr、B及びそれらの混合物で構成される群から選択される1つの元素であり、これらの元素は上記Alの幾分かに置換されるか、又は上記Alのいずれにも置換されず、“x”はEのモル分率であり、“n”はMの加重平均原子価であって+1から+2までの値を有し、“p”はRの加重平均原子価であって+1から+2までの値を有し、“y”はSiの(Al+E)に対するモル比であって5.5よりも大きい値から9までの値を有し、そして“z”はOの(Al+E)に対するモル比であって次の式で示される値を有しており、
そして、少なくとも表Aに示されるd間隔及び相対強度を有するX線回折パターンを有することを特徴とする微孔結晶性ゼオライト。
- Mがナトリウム、カリウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム及びそれらの混合物から成る群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のゼオライト。
- Rがテトラプロピルアンモニウムカチオン、テトラエチルアンモニウムカチオン、ヘキサメトニウムカチオン、テトラメチレンビス(トリメチルアンモニウム)カチオン、ベンジルトリメチルアンモニウムカチオン及びそれらの混合物から成る群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のゼオライト。
- さらに、ゼオライトが15〜50nmの平均直径を有する結晶子で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のゼオライト。
- さらに、ゼオライトが球状形状を有する結晶子で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のゼオライト。
- 炭化水素を、炭化水素転化条件下で、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の微孔結晶性ゼオライトから構成される触媒複合物と接触させ、転化生成物を生成するステップによって構成される炭化水素転化プロセス。
