Claims (4)
- 工作機械による金属被加工物の加工に使用される被処理液に混在する不純物を除去し、該不純物が除去された前記被処理液を前記工作機械に送出する浄化装置において、
前記工作機械からの前記被処理液を貯留して該被処理液に混在する前記不純物を沈殿させて前記被処理液を排出する沈殿槽と、
該沈殿槽から排出される前記被処理液を濾過する濾過媒体を有して前記被処理液を排出する濾過槽と、
該濾過槽から排出される前記被処理液を該被処理液と該被処理液に混在する不純物とに分離して貯留する貯水槽と、
該貯水槽に貯留された前記被処理液を吸入して前記工作機械に送出する被処理液送出部と、
該被処理液送出部から分岐して、前記貯水槽から吸入された前記被処理液を冷却して前記貯水槽に供給して前記不純物を半固化させる被処理液還流部と、
前記貯水槽に貯留された前記被処理液上に浮遊する半固化状態の前記不純物を前記貯水槽から付着させて搬出する不純物搬出手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする浄化装置。 - 前記沈殿槽は、
周面及び底面を有して上方が開放されて形成され、
前記底面が湾曲して前記底面の端部から下方に突出する沈殿物堆積部と、
前記周面の上端縁に形成されて前記濾過槽に連通する流出口と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浄化装置。 - 前記不純物搬出手段によって前記貯水槽から搬出される不純物を加温して液状化して前記不純物搬出手段から落下せしめて貯留する油除去槽を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の浄化装置。
- 前記被処理液送出部によって前記被処理液が前記工作機械に送出された前記貯水槽に新たな被処理液を供給する被処理液供給機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の浄化装置。
