Claims (6)
- 静止物体(44)と回転構成要素(42)との間の間隙を測定するためのシステム(12)であって、
前記静止物体(44)上に配置されるように構成されかつ前記回転構成要素(42)の回転速度を測定するように構成された少なくとも1つのセンサ(58)と、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(58)に結合されたコントローラ(64)と、
を含み、
前記コントローラ(64)が、前記測定した回転速度に基づいて前記センサ(58)の動作モードを制御するように構成され、
前記センサ(58)が、複数の導電素子(114〜118)を有する容量プローブと、前記複数の導電素子(114〜118)の各々を該センサ(58)の出力部に対して選択的に結合するように動作可能な複数のスイッチ(120〜124)とを含む
ことを特徴とする、システム(12)。 - 前記可動物体(42)が、航空機エンジン(14)のロータを含み、また前記静止物体(44)が、前記ロータの周りに配置されたケーシングを含む、請求項1記載のシステム(12)。
- 静止部品と回転部品との間の間隙を測定する方法であって、
前記静止部品上に配置されたセンサによって前記回転部品の回転速度を測定する段階と、
前記測定した回転速度に基づいて前記センサの複数の動作モード間を切り換える段階と、
を含み、
前記センサが、複数の導電素子(114〜118)を有する容量プローブと、前記複数の導電素子(114〜118)の各々を該センサ(58)の出力部に対して選択的に結合するように動作可能な複数のスイッチ(120〜124)とを含む
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記測定した回転速度に基づいて、飛行サイクルモデル(98)によって飛行フェーズと間隙とが推定され、
前記推定した間隙に基づいて、構成オプティマイザ(104)によって最適センサ構成が決定される、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記測定した回転速度に基づいて、予測飛行フェーズを推定し、予測間隙を推定し、該予測間隙の範囲に基づいて最適センサ構成を決定することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記構成オプティマイザ(104)による最適センサ構成の決定は、前記推定した間隙の範囲に基づいて行われることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
