Claims (9)
- 構成部材(1)に設けられた孔(2,18)の開口部のシールであって、
ねじ(3)を備えており、該ねじ(3)の軸部(4)の周りに、螺旋状に延びるねじ山(5)が配置されており、前記ねじ(3)は、前記孔(2,18)に係合していて、前記ねじ山(5)によって、受けねじ山(6)を、前記孔(2)の孔壁(7)に成形するようになっている、構成部材に設けられた孔の開口部のシールにおいて、
前記孔(2)の孔直径が、前記軸部(4)の直径よりも大きくなっており、前記ねじ(3)の軸部(4)と前記孔(2)の孔壁(7)との間に配置され、かつ前記ねじ山(5)によって画成された螺旋状の通路(8)が、少なくとも1箇所で、完全に液密にかつ/または気密に、部分的に中断されていることを特徴とする、構成部材に設けられた孔の開口部のシール。 - 前記孔(2)は、周方向の少なくとも1箇所で、半径方向のくびれ部を有しており、前記孔(2)のくびれ部と、該くびれ部に対向する孔壁(7)との間の半径方向間隔は、前記くびれ部が前記ねじ(3)のねじ込まれた状態で前記螺旋状の通路(8)を液密にかつ/または気密に中断するような寸法を有している、請求項1記載のシール。
- 前記半径方向間隔は、前記ねじ(3)の前記軸部(4)の直径以下である、請求項2記載のシール。
- 前記ねじ(3)と当該構成部材(1)との間に、前記孔(2)に沿って延在するシールストリップ(9)が配置されており、該シールストリップ(9)は、一方では孔壁(7)に、他方では前記ねじ(3)の前記軸部(4)および前記ねじ山(5)に、液密にかつ/または気密に当接している、請求項1記載のシール。
- 前記シールストリップ(9)は、前記ねじ(3)の前記ねじ山(5)によって、前記ねじ山(5)の巻条数に応じて、複数のシールストリップ区分に分けられており、各シールストリップ(9a)は、前記螺旋状の通路(8)内で、一方では孔壁(7)に、他方では前記ねじ(3)の前記軸部(4)および前記ねじ山(5)に、液密にかつ/または気密に当接している、請求項4記載のシール。
- 前記シールストリップ(9)は、前記構成部材(1)に成形された隆起部(10)に一体的に形成されている、請求項4記載のシール。
- 前記隆起部(10)は、前記孔壁(7)から出発して半径方向内向きに突出していて、孔軸線に沿って延在している、請求項6記載のシール。
- 前記孔の周に沿って分配配置された、不連続的な複数箇所において、前記螺旋状の通路(8)は、液密にかつ/または気密に中断されている、請求項1記載のシール。
- リニアガイドのガイドキャリッジ(11)であって、支持体(12)が設けられており、該支持体(12)は、転動体を介して、ガイドレール(13)に支承されるようになっており、該支持体(12)に接続されたプラスチック部分(14)が設けられており、該プラスチック部分(14)は、前記転動体を収容する転動体通路を潤滑するための潤滑開口(17)を備えており、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の、前記構成部材は前記プラスチック部分(14)であり、前記孔は前記潤滑開口(17)を成している、リニアガイドのガイドキャリッジ。
