Claims (6)
- 自動車部門において使用できる接着剤及び/又は封止剤(115)を、関連するカートリッジ銃(100)を用いて、該接着剤及び/又は封止剤を含むカートリッジ(113)から、放出する修理ノズル(10)であって、
カートリッジ(113)に対して修理ノズル(10)を取り外し可能に固定するための手段と、カートリッジ銃(100)に静止させるための突出カラー(16、26)とを備えている、近位生成物供給端部(11)を有し、且つ
接着剤及び/又は封止剤のビードを放出するための細長孔状開口(13)を備えている、遠位生成物放出端部(12)を有している、修理ノズル(10)において、
接着剤及び/又は封止剤(115)を近位生成物供給端部(11)から遠位生成物放出端部(12)まで運ぶ、生成物経路(14)が備えられており、
細長孔状開口(13)を備える端部キャップ(17)が、遠位生成物放出端部(12)に形成されており、修理ノズル(10)の遠位方向において湾曲しており、
細長孔状開口(13)は、湾曲した端部キャップ(17)の湾曲の頂上部に広がっている、ことを特徴とする修理ノズル(10)。 - 生成物経路(14)は、少なくとも所々において回転軸(15)の周りに回転対称となるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の修理ノズル(10)。
- 細長孔状開口(13)は、生成物経路(14)の回転軸(15)に広がっている、請求項2に記載の修理ノズル(10)。
- プラスチックから作られている、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の修理ノズル(10)。
- 生成物経路(14)は、近位生成物供給端(11)から遠位生成物放出端(12)に向けて先細りである、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の修理ノズル(10)。
- 自動車部門における構造物を修復するための、修理ノズル(10)、カートリッジ銃(100)、及び接着剤及び/又は封止剤(115)を含むカートリッジ(113)からなっている、修理システムであって、
修理ノズル(10)は、近位生成物供給端部(11)及び遠位生成物放出端部(12)を備えており、
