Description
Claims (5)
- 原動機と、この原動機で駆動されるブルギアおよびそのブルギアに噛み合うピニオンを2個収納する平行歯車増速機部と、これら各ピニオンが備えられる回転軸の端部の少なくとも3個の軸端に取り付けられた遠心羽根車と、前記遠心羽根車で圧縮された高温の作動ガスを冷却するクーラ部とが一体化された一体ケーシングと、を備えた多段遠心圧縮機において、前記一体ケーシングの下部は、初段圧縮機で圧縮されたガスを冷却する第1のインタークーラと、2段圧縮機で圧縮されたガスを冷却する第2のインタークーラと、3段圧縮機で圧縮されたガスを冷却するアフタークーラのケーシングが並んで鋳物一体で構成された一体クーラであり、前記第1のインタークーラの側部に前記一体クーラと鋳物一体で、前記ピニオンと前記ブルギアを潤滑する潤滑油を冷却するオイルクーラへ冷却水を供給するオイルクーラ冷却水供給流路および前記オイルクーラからのオイルクーラ冷却水戻り流路が形成されたオイルクーラ用一体化冷却水流路を設け、前記オイルクーラ冷却水供給流路と前記各クーラへの冷却水供給流路を同一の冷却水供給流路に接続し、前記オイルクーラ冷却水戻り流路と前記各クーラへの冷却水戻り路を同一の冷却水戻り流路に接続して、冷却水系統を集約したことを特徴とする多段遠心圧縮機。
- 前記ブルギヤの回転軸に主潤滑油ポンプを接続し、この潤滑油ポンプに潤滑油を供給する流路の一部を前記アフタークーラのケーシングに並んで鋳物一体に設けるとともに、前記潤滑油ポンプから吐出される潤滑油を前記オイルクーラに導く流路の一部を、前記オイルクーラ冷却水供給流路と前記オイルクーラ冷却水戻り流路の上方であってこれら流路および前記一体クーラと鋳物一体に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段遠心圧縮機。
- 前記オイルクーラを前記オイルクーラ冷却水流路の背面であって原動機の側部に配置し、このオイルクーラの潤滑油出口のほぼ上方に、潤滑油出口配管を介して温度調整弁を接続したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多段遠心圧縮機。
- 前記温度調整弁に前記潤滑油ポンプから吐出される潤滑油を導き、温度調整された潤滑油を前記平行歯車増速機部に供給することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多段遠心圧縮機。
- 前記一体ケーシングは、前記ピニオンおよび前記ブルギヤの回転軸の軸心を含む水平面で分割された水平分割構造であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多段遠心圧縮機。
