上記内周面に径方向に対向する外周面を有する環状の内側環状部材と、
外周面が円筒面である円筒部を有する環状の芯金部材と、その芯金部材に固着された環状の弾性部材とを有する密封装置と
を備え、
上記弾性部材は、上記芯金部材の表面の少なくとも一部を覆うように、その表面の少なくとも一部に固着された基部と、上記基部から延在して、上記内側環状部材に摺動する環状のリップとを有し、
上記外側環状部材の上記内周面は、円筒面を含む第1の内径を有する第1内周面と、上記第1内周面の軸方向の一端部から上記外側環状部材の上記内周面の一端まで存在すると共に、内径が上記第1内周面の第1の内径よりも大きい第2内周面とを有し、
上記芯金部材の上記円筒部は、上記第1内周面に固定され、
上記円筒部の上記外周面の外径は、上記密封装置の組み付け前において上記第1内周面の第1の内径以上でかつ上記第2内周面の上記内径よりも小さく、
上記第2内周面における上記第1の内周面の軸方向の一端部から外側環状部材の上記内周面の一端へ向かって第1の軸方向の長さの範囲を第2の内径としたとき、上記基部は、軸方向の上記円筒部側とは反対側に、上記密封装置の組み付け前において外径が上記第2内周面の上記第2の内径以上である位置決め外周面部を有し、
上記円筒部の軸方向の上記第2内周面側とは反対側の端から上記位置決め部外周面部までの軸方向の距離は、上記第1の軸方向の長さよりも短く、
上記弾性部材の全ての部分が、上記外側環状部材に径方向に重なり、
上記円筒部を上記第1内周面に嵌め込む際、上記円筒部を上記第1内周面に到達させる途中において、上記第2内周面に上記位置決め外周面部が接触することを特徴としている。

Claims (1)
- 内周面を有する環状の外側環状部材と、
上記内周面に径方向に対向する外周面を有する環状の内側環状部材と、
外周面が円筒面である円筒部を有する環状の芯金部材と、その芯金部材に固着された環状の弾性部材とを有する密封装置と
を備え、
上記弾性部材は、上記芯金部材の表面の少なくとも一部を覆うように、その表面の少なくとも一部に固着された基部と、上記基部から延在して、上記内側環状部材に摺動する環状のリップとを有し、
上記外側環状部材の上記内周面は、円筒面を含む第1の内径を有する第1内周面と、上記第1内周面の軸方向の一端部から上記外側環状部材の上記内周面の一端まで存在すると共に、内径が上記第1内周面の第1の内径よりも大きい第2内周面とを有し、
上記芯金部材の上記円筒部は、上記第1内周面に固定され、
上記円筒部の上記外周面の外径は、上記密封装置の組み付け前において上記第1内周面の第1の内径以上でかつ上記第2内周面の上記内径よりも小さく、
上記第2内周面における上記第1の内周面の軸方向の一端部から外側環状部材の上記内周面の一端へ向かって第1の軸方向の長さの範囲を第2の内径としたとき、上記基部は、軸方向の上記円筒部側とは反対側に、上記密封装置の組み付け前において外径が上記第2内周面の上記第2の内径以上である位置決め外周面部を有し、
上記円筒部の軸方向の上記第2内周面側とは反対側の端から上記位置決め部外周面部までの軸方向の距離は、上記第1の軸方向の長さよりも短く、
上記弾性部材の全ての部分が、上記外側環状部材に径方向に重なり、
上記円筒部を上記第1内周面に嵌め込む際、上記円筒部を上記第1内周面に到達させる途中において、上記第2内周面に上記位置決め外周面部が接触することを特徴とする密封構造。
