Description
(a)当該供給ガス流を、以下に示す2つの群の中から選択された一つの群に属する、15センチストークスより低い粘度を有する再生された吸収剤により処理して、使用済吸収剤およびCO2の少ないガス流を得る工程、
(i)再生された吸収剤が、それぞれの吸収窒素について、25℃で6.0よりも高いpKaを有する第3級アミン官能性を5モル%よりも少なく含んでいる場合であって、且つ、当該供給ガス流が、5容量ppmより低いSO2濃度を有する場合では、25℃で<10.0のpKaを有する少なくとも一つの第1級アミン官能性を有する少なくとも1つのポリアミン、と
(ii)再生された吸収剤が、それぞれの吸収窒素について、25℃で6.0よりも高いpKaを有する第3級アミン官能性を5モル%よりも少なく含んでいる場合には、それぞれの吸収窒素について、25℃で<10.0のpKaを有する少なくとも1つの第2級アミン官能性を有するポリアミン、
(b)CO2に富んだアミン吸収剤を再生ゾーンへ運ぶ工程、及び
(c)当該吸収剤を、吸収剤1ポンド(約454g)あたり1.0−2.0ポンド(約454−約908g)の水蒸気を使用して実行される水蒸気ストリッピングにより、3バール以下の圧力で再生する工程、
とから構成されていることを特徴とする供給ガス流からCO2を回収する方法、

Claims (17)
- 供給ガス流からCO2を回収する方法であって、当該方法は、
(a)当該供給ガス流を、以下に示す2つの群の中から選択された一つの群に属する、15センチストークスより低い粘度を有する再生された吸収剤により処理して、使用済吸収剤およびCO2の少ないガス流を得る工程、
(i)再生された吸収剤が、それぞれの吸収窒素について、25℃で6.0よりも高いpKaを有する第3級アミン官能性を5モル%よりも少なく含んでいる場合であって、且つ、当該供給ガス流が、5容量ppmより低いSO2濃度を有する場合では、25℃で<10.0のpKaを有する少なくとも一つの第1級アミン官能性を有する少なくとも1つのポリアミン、と
(ii)再生された吸収剤が、それぞれの吸収窒素について、25℃で6.0よりも高いpKaを有する第3級アミン官能性を5モル%よりも少なく含んでいる場合には、それぞれの吸収窒素について、25℃で<10.0のpKaを有する少なくとも1つの第2級アミン官能性を有するポリアミン、
(b)CO2に富んだアミン吸収剤を再生ゾーンへ運ぶ工程、及び
(c)当該吸収剤を、吸収剤1ポンド(約454g)あたり1.0−2.0ポンド(約454−約908g)の水蒸気を使用して実行される水蒸気ストリッピングにより、3バール以下の圧力で再生する工程、
とから構成されていることを特徴とする供給ガス流からCO2を回収する方法。 - 吸収剤が、(i)群から選ばれ、供給ガス流が、再生された吸収剤により処理される前にSO2吸収剤により処理される請求項1の方法。
- 吸収剤が、(i)群から選ばれ、再生された吸収剤が、求電子官能基を有する化合物を0.001モルより少ない濃度で有する水溶液からなる請求項1の方法。
- 求電子官能基がアルキルヒドロキシ基を含む請求項3の方法。
- 求電子官能基を有する化合物が、アルカノールアミン、二酸化硫黄、亜硫酸塩、重亜硫酸塩およびカルボニル化合物を含む請求項3の方法。
- 再生された吸収剤および使用済吸収剤の吸収剤1モルあたりのCO2負荷の差が、4容量%より多いCO2を含む供給ガスを処理するとき、アミン1モルあたりCO2 0.4−1.0モルである請求項1の方法。
- CO2の少ないガス流が、1容量%より少ないCO2を含む請求項1の方法。
- CO2の少ないガス流が、供給ガス流中のCO2の10%より少ないCO2を含む請求項1の方法。
- CO2の少ないガス流が、供給ガス流中のCO2の50%より少ないCO2を含む請求項1の方法。
- アミンがCO2と反応してアミン塩を形成する請求項1の方法。
- 吸収剤が(i)群から選ばれ、方法が、吸収剤としてジエチレントリアミン(DETA),トリエチレンテトラミン(TETA)およびテトラエチレンペンタミン(TEPA)またはこれらの混合物の少なくとも1つを選ぶことをさらに含む請求項1の方法。
- 再生された吸収剤が、25℃で>6.0のpKaを吸収窒素について有する第3級アミン官能性を有しない請求項1の方法。
- 吸収剤が、25℃で7より大きいpKaを有する第3級アミン官能性を有しない請求項1の方法。
- 吸収剤が、第1級アミンまたは第2級アミンである少なくとも1つのアミンを有しそして各第3級アミン官能性が25℃で7より小さいpKaを有する少なくとも1つの第3級アミン官能性を有する請求項1の方法。
- 各第3級アミン官能性が25℃で6より小さいpKaを有する請求項14の方法。
- 吸収剤がN−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)ピペラジンを含む請求項1の方法。
- 吸収剤がN−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)ピペラジンから本質的になる請求項1の方法。
