b1(cm):共振振動の基本振動数f1の「振動範囲」の長辺の長さ
a2(cm):共振振動の基本振動数f2の「振動範囲」の長辺の長さ
b2(cm):共振振動の基本振動数f2の「振動範囲」の短辺の長さ
f1(Hz):a1,b1の時(図1〜3中実線図示)に測定された膜体の共振振動の基本振動数
f2(Hz):a2,b2の時(図1中一点鎖線図示)に測定された膜体の共振振動の基本振動数
張力Ty(N/cm):y方向の単位長さ当たりの張力
前記実施形態の概要は、以下の通りである。
Claims (10)
- 張力が付与された膜体の膜面に当接可能な矩形枠体と、
上記枠体によって囲まれた上記膜体の一部分に向かって音波を発する音波発生装置と、
上記音波により上記膜体の一部分に生じる振動を検出する振動検出装置と、
上記振動検出装置が検出する振動データに基づいて上記張力を演算する演算装置と、を備え、
上記音波発生装置、振動検出装置および演算装置がそれぞれ上記枠体に取り付けられ、
上記音波発生装置が、上記膜体の一部分に対して平行になるように設けられ、電気信号に基づいて上記音波を発するフラットパネルを備えたフラットパネルスピーカである膜張力測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の膜張力測定装置において、
上記フラットパネルの短辺が上記矩形枠体の短辺に平行であり、上記フラットパネルの長辺が上記矩形枠体の長辺に平行である膜張力測定装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の膜張力測定装置において、
上記音波発生装置のオン操作に応じて、上記音波発生装置が作動開始して音波を発し、上記音波により上記膜体の一部分に生じる振動を上記振動検出装置によって自動検出し、当該振動検出装置によって検出された振動データに基づいて上記演算装置が上記張力を自動演算すると共に、上記振動データと演算結果とを含む測定結果を自動記憶し、かつ、この測定結果を表示部で表示するように構成されている膜張力測定装置。 - 請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の膜張力測定装置において、
上記音波発生装置が発する音波の出力の大きさを調整可能である膜張力測定装置。 - 請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の膜張力測定装置において、
上記振動検出装置は、上記音波発生装置が作動中であることを条件として作動するように構成されている膜張力測定装置。 - 請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の膜張力測定装置において、
上記演算装置は、上記音波発生装置の作動開始から所定時間経過後に作動開始するように構成されている膜張力測定装置。 - 請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の膜張力測定装置において、
上記各装置の電源が電池である膜張力測定装置。 - 請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の膜張力測定装置において、
上記演算装置は、上記振動検出装置が検出する振動のうち所定値以下の低周波振動がフィルタリングされた振動データに基づいて、上記張力を演算する膜張力測定装置。 - 請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の膜張力測定装置において、
上記演算装置による演算結果を含む測定データを無線送信可能な無線モジュールと、
上記演算装置から離れたところに位置し、上記無線モジュールから送信された測定データを受信する受信装置と、を備え、
上記受信装置が、受信した上記測定データを表示する表示部を備えている膜張力測定装置。 - 請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の膜張力測定装置において、
上記振動検出装置が、上記矩形枠体によって囲まれた上記膜体と上記音波発生装置との間に配置されるセンサヘッドを備えている膜張力測定装置。
