Description
a.式I:
の構造を有する化合物の実質的に単分散した混合物を、tert−ブチルアクリレートと、塩基(base)の存在下で、式II:
の化合物を提供するのに十分な条件下で反応させ、
b.式IIの化合物を、今度は、p−トルエンスルホン酸(PTSA)及び水の存在下で、式III:
の化合物に転換させ、
c.式IIIの化合物を、塩化チオニルの入った非プロトン性溶媒で処理し、そしてN−ヒドロキシスクシンイミド及びトリエチルアミンの存在下で活性化されて式IV:
の工程を含む前記方法を提供する。
a.式I:
の構造を有する化合物の実質的に単分散した混合物を、tert−ブチルアクリレートと、塩基の存在下で、式II:
の化合物を提供するのに十分な条件下で反応させ、
b.式IIの化合物を、今度は、p−トルエンスルホン酸(PTSA)及び水の存在下で、式III:

Claims (12)
- ポリエチレングリコール部分を含む式IVで表される化合物の実質的に単分散のオリゴマー混合物の合成方法であって、
a.式I:
の構造を有する化合物の実質的に単分散した混合物を、tert−ブチルアクリレートと、塩基の存在下で、式II:
の化合物を提供するのに十分な条件下で反応させ、
b.前記式IIの化合物を、酸及び水の存在下で、式III:
の化合物に転換させ、ここで前記酸は、p−トルエンスルホン酸(PTSA)、ピリジニウムp−トルエンスルホン酸塩(PPTS)、トリフルオロ酢酸(TFA)、メタンスルホン酸(MeSO 3 H)、エタンスルホン酸(EtSO 3 H)、ベンゼンスルホン酸(PhSO 3 H)及び硫酸(H 2 SO 4 )を含む群から選択され、
c.前記式IIIの化合物を非プロトン性溶媒に溶解させ、そして塩化チオニルを0℃〜40℃の温度にて添加して酸塩化物を形成させ、該酸塩化物をN−ヒドロキシスクシンイミド、及び、モノメチルアミン、ジメチルアミン、トリメチルアミン、モノエチルアミン、ジエチルアミン、トリエチルアミン、モノイソプロピルアミン、ジイソプロピルアミン、モノ−n−ブチルアミン、ジ−n−ブチルアミン、トリ−n−ブチルアミン、モノヘキシルアミン、ジシクロヘキシルアミン又はその混合物を含む群から選ばれる脂肪族アミンの存在下で活性化させて、式IV:
の工程を含む前記方法。 - 工程(a)を0℃〜40℃の温度にて実行する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)を25℃の温度にて実行する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)で採用する塩基を、ナトリウムメトキシド、ナトリウムエトキシド(NaOEt)、ナトリウム金属(Na金属)、水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)、水酸化カリウム(KOH)、水酸化リチウム(LiOH)、水素化ナトリウム(NaH)、水酸化カルシウム(Ca(OH)2)、炭酸ナトリウム(Na2CO3)及び水酸化バリウム(Ba(OH)2)からなる群から選択する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)で採用する塩基は、ナトリウムメトキシドである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)を0℃〜80℃の温度にて実行する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)を80℃の温度にて実行する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)で採用する非プロトン性溶媒を、N,N−ジメチルアセトアミド(DMA)、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)、ジメチルスルホキシド、ヘキサメチルホスホリックトリアミド、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)、ジオキサン、ジエチルエーテル、メチルt−ブチルエーテル(MTBE)、トルエン、ベンゼン、ヘキサン、ペンタン、N−メチルピロリドン、ジクロロメタン、クロロホルム、テトラヒドロナフタレン、デカハイドロナフタレン、1,2−ジクロロベンゼン、1,3−ジメチル−2−イミダゾリジノン又はその混合物からなる群から選択する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 非プロトン性溶媒は、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミドである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(c)が、さらに、前記N−ヒドロキシスクシンイミドを塩化メチレン中に入れて0℃〜5℃の温度に冷却し、次いで前記脂肪族アミンを添加する
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記脂肪族アミンは、トリエチルアミンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶解した式IIIの化合物へ塩化チオニルを添加して酸塩化物を形成させることは、0℃〜5℃の温度で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
